The perfect high chair doesn’t exi—
It exists, baby. It was designed to perfection and recently released by Mockingbird, and it's already noticeably improved my life. This high chair is simple to adjust, easy to clean, convertible for long-term use as my daughter grows, and the price point is so reasonable.

Confession: as a new mom I fell for a high chair that was so visually beautiful in my home, but it had no back support, the tray swung and pinched little fingers, and my baby cried in it more than she ate in it. It remained gorgeous as the garbage men hauled it away.

My intuition says we aren’t far off from removing the high chair set insert for our little girlie. When that day comes, we’ll adjust the footrest to the highest setting and the balanced Y-shape frame of this chair will allow her to climb up without tipping over. We’ll push her in to her seat at the table without a large footprint causing a tripping hazard.
I’m also envisioning this chair being useful for SO much more than meals. Having that crucial back support and the ability to reach the table in front of her makes a great environment for coloring, clay, and puzzles. Be right back, going to shed a tear over how quickly my baby is growing up!
The cleanup is no problemo
You wouldn’t believe how many quality high chairs out there have straps that stain on the first meal. Nylon straps should be outlawed forever. The new Mockingbird High Chair has silicone-coated straps that wipe clean like a dream. You won’t see a strap like this on any other high chair. I know because I’ve searched.
The straps aren’t the only thing that can be quickly cleaned—the removable tray liner is safe even on the bottom rack. Genius, right?
