What is FabFitFun?
FabFitFun is a quarterly subscription box that delivers a selection of 8-10 full-size premium products to your door. Each box includes the latest in beauty, fashion, fitness, and wellness. You’ll be able to customize each seasonal box by either selecting your products beforehand or choose to keep your box a surprise!
How much does FabFitFun cost?
FabFitFun costs $49.99 per season although the entire box is valued at over $200. Your FabFitFun membership also includes access to exclusive sales, FabFitFun TV, and the FabFitFun community. Use coupon code MSA to save $10 off of your first box.
If you sign up for an annual subscription, the cost is $179.99 for a full year. ($44.99 per box)
How Does FabFitFun Item Selection Work?
In our opinion, Item Selection is one of the best perks of this subscription. Typically, a FabFitFun box will have 8 items. All subscribers will be able to pick 3 of their items, and if you are an annual subscriber (what FabFitFun calls a Select Member), you will be able to select an additional 2 items out of your 8 total. The remaining 3 items will be selected by FabFitFun for you. This customization is a great way to ensure you love the items in your FabFitFun box! (And it removes some of the risks!)

Before your box ships, FabFitFun will email you to let you know it's time to select your items.
How do FabFitFun Add-Ons Work?
With every seasonal box, FabFitFun also has an Add-On sale. This is a sale event that lasts a few days only for FabFitFun subscribers. You can buy items at deep discounts that will be Added-On to your box - hence the name, Add-Ons! In addition to discounts up to 70% off on beauty, fashion, and lifestyle items, FabFitFun usually includes several mystery bundles in their Add-On sales. They also sell Limited Edition Men's FabFitFun boxes through this sale.
To shop the sale, just add items you want to your cart. When the sale ends, you'll be charged for any items in your cart, and those items will ship with your FabFitFun box.
If you are an annual subscriber, you'll get early access to the Add-On Sale. After the shopping window for annual subscribers has closed, Seasonal subscribers will be able to shop the Add-On Sale.
Tip for shopping Add-Ons: Often, popular items "sell-out" quickly, meaning other members have those items in their cart. If there's an item you want but it is sold out, make sure to check back the day the Add-On sale ends. At that time, many members are often editing down their cart and removing items before they are charged, so you'll get a chance to snag items once they become available again!

What are FabFitFun Edit Sales?
Edit Sales are just like Add-On Sales, but they are not tied to the seasonal box. Basically, think of them as an extra perk of being a subscriber. FabFitFun wants to offer subscribers the discounts of the Add-On sale more than 4 times a year, and so Edit Sales were born!
Typically these sales happen 4 times a year, and sometimes they are themed. Check out the spoilers for a recent Edit Sale to see the types of products you can expect.
What is FabFitFun Style?
FabFitFun Style is a completely different subscription than FabFitFun. Think of it as FabFitFun's version of Stitch Fix. Once you sign up for FabFitFun Style, you'll take a style quiz to let your stylist know about your fashion preferences, body type, etc. Pay the $20 styling fee (which will count as a credit to any items you want to keep) and you'll be sent 5-6 items to try! Send back anything you don't want and FabFitFun will charge you for what you keep. (And if you keep all the items, you get a 25% discount!)
Also good to know: this service doesn't have to be a subscription. You can get a new box of clothes whenever you like. Or if you prefer, you can set up a subscription so that you get a new box as frequently as you want.
Is a FabFitFun annual subscription worth it?
As long time subscribers, we definitely think it is worth it for a few reasons:
- More customization! You get to select 5 of your box items each quarter. (Seasonal subscribers only get to select 3 of the items.)
- Early access to Add-On and Edit-Sales, too!
- It works out to $44.99 a box - which usually includes 8-9 full-size items. That's just $5 an item!
If you haven't subscribed to FabFitFun yet, we recommend first signing up for just the seasonal $49.99 subscription to see if it's a good fit for you. Then, if you stay subscribed, FabFitFun usually has offers to encourage their subscribers to upgrade to an annual subscription. It's common to see an offer for $10 in bonus credit to shop the Add-On sales if you upgrade your subscription for the next season!
