Alright, I wanted to get some feedback before I emailed them..I used the above deal with the link above, and received a spray that was 20% full. I’m not sure if it was FULL to begin with, but the whole vial was wet/slick when I took it out of the package so I knew some had spilled. Do you think, with the deal, I should contact them about this? The scent I received was nice, and the description provided does sound like something I’d like, although it’s not one I would use every day.

I actually had a very similar issue with my product as well and I would recommend alerting them to the issue. When I had mentioned this issue, funny enough on this site, I was shocked to see a reply in my email a couple of days later. Long story short, they asked for some details about the issue and then promptly sent a replacement with a new atomizer. I cannot tell you just how amazing it was to feel like a business not only listened to the consumer, but truly cared about their product.

To specify, I received the exact atomizer pictured above, but it was almost empty.

Will this be how all months will be structured from now on rather than the 3 samples they’ve been doing? I had this for a few months but then canceled because I didn’t feel like any of the fragrances they sent matched what I said my scent preferences were.

Looking at the website it looks like the subscription is the same (3 vials),just that the free trial box is what is pictured above.
