I've had this subscription for about 4 months now. It is, hands down, the BEST company I have ever worked with in terms of customer service. When I got my original test kit, I was not able to take the test right away. In the meantime, something had gone bad with one of the samples. I contacted customer service and they sent out a new kit immediately, no questions asked. I work with Jolisa at Scent Trunk each time I want to change or tweak my personalized fragrance via email to make sure we are on the same page with what I am looking for. I have even received an email from the CEO thanking me for taking the time for giving feedback to help make things better for their customers. I cannot recommend Scent Trunk enough to others. And to top it off, a percentage of their profits goes to a charity I can fully support as well.

Signed up for my fit kit about a month ago and no communication at all from the company. Can't find a page to login for members (there are no links from the main page for this and a google search turned up nothing either), main site is throwing a security error for expired security certificate. What the heck? I am starting to think they may have gone out of business? If anyone has information, it would be appreciated..
