We have full spoilers for the upcoming March 2016 The Taste Club box from Eat Feed Love.

This box is regularly $39.95 a month, but use coupon code mysubscriptionaddiction to save 50% off your first month! (If you sign up now, your first box will be the March box).

The March box will include:

Spicestation_arrowroot_1024x1024

Arrowroot:
This pure powdery starch is used as a thickening agent for many recipes, including but not limited to, stews, sauces, and desserts. It’s a healthy substitute for regular flour and is great for those who are gluten-intolerant. This arrowroot has the unique characteristic of creating a glossy luster to sauces, similar to what butter might do but without the fat. The subtle and almost non-existent taste makes this a versatile ingredient to recipes both savory and sweet.

Mt_Rose_Bloody_mary_mix_1_1024x1024

Mt Rose Bloody Mary Mix:
This premium Bloody Mary Mix is above and beyond any typical blend you will find at your local grocery store or even at your local bar. Made without any corn syrup or artificial flavoring, it’s easy to believe that every batch is handcrafted and made with attention and care. The seasonings swimming in the bottle are perfectly leveled and not overused and the liquid itself is thin and doesn’t leave an overly heavy tomato after-taste that Mary mixes tend to do. It’s perfect with a little bit of vodka for the quintessential hangover drink or delicious when chilled in a glass all on its own.

Wilder_horseradish_mustard_1024x1024

Wilder Horseradish Mustard
This unique product combines two of the most important and necessary condiments there are: Mustard and Horseradish. This tangy spread leaves you pursing your lips to keep the flavor in because it’s that good. The horseradish addition has a definite bite to the already pungent mustard but it’s mellow enough to not overwhelm a hot dog or sandwich or anything you might use regular mustard for.

Laguna_Salt_Malt_Vinegar_1024x1024

Laguna Malted Vinegar Sea Salt
This all natural sea salt is hand crafted and infused with malt vinegar, leaving you with a subtle tanginess that will enhance but not overpower your taste buds. It is mild enough to use as a substitute for table salt but has just enough of a kick to reinforce a meal with an otherwise bland flavor. This salt is absolutely perfect for fish and chips, aioli, tangy dips, sauces and stews.

Righteous_felon_OG_hickory_beef_jerky_2_1024x1024

Righteous Felon O.G. Hickory Beef Jerky
Even though this “OG Hickory” is a take on the classic hickory flavored jerky, there is nothing common about it. Made from all-natural Black Angus beef, this jerky promises a blast of flavor with each piece. With its tender texture and tangy pepper and smoke seasonings this jerky tastes exotic in comparison with most and suggests that its spawn from true jerky epicures. It turns a very common snack into a gourmet treat and it’s a task to stop eating once you’ve started.

Bobs_red_mill_Caraway_seeds_2_1024x1024

Bob's Red Mill Caraway Seeds
Carraway seeds are the fruit of a biennial herb in the parsley family and originally came from Asia Minor. Bob’s Red Mill Carraway Seeds are profoundly aromatic and have a noticeable anise-like flavoring. These earthy seeds have a relateable but less licorice-y taste to fennel and are known for their use in rye and soda bread. You can also use caraway seeds to flavor sauerkraut, coleslaw and many cabbage dishes, but with liberal use since they store a lot of slam for such tiny seeds.

Oh I want this box, idk about the rest of them but this one looks amazing. I use cornstarch a lot for thickening and while I’ve heard of arrowroot I’ve never used it. I have only just found a like for Bloody Mary’s. It almost seems like the rest of the ingredients could be used together to make a bloody mary and then snack on the jerky while sipping it.
I make a slow cooker apple, sauerkraut, potato and sausage meal that has you sprinkle caraway seeds over it. Seeing them reminded me I need to make it again.

I really love that Arrowroot powder, so much better than corn starch or flour for thickening!
