Mock Neck Rib-Knit Top – Black Stripe - Value $25
Button Skirtall - Value $30
My seven year old daughter chose the button skirtall outfit for herself this month. This choice was totally different than anything she usually wears, but she wanted to try it because she said this is what some older girls wear. I let her go with it because she was so excited about it. This outfit cost $34.95 instead of the usual $29.95. She loves the outfit in real life as well and opted to wear it to school on her 8th birthday a couple of days ago.
The skirtall is a very stretchy, comfortable knit even though it looks more structured when she is wearing it. It has buttons that can be used to slightly adjust its length and patch pockets in the back.
Action shots.
Definitely stretchy.
She is growing up.
Boho Knit Maxi Dress - Value $35
My five year old daughter and I chose the pink boho maxi outfit for her. Lately, she decided she would like to try a maxi dress, too, since her older sister loves them so much. This one was perfect for her.
Lace Headband – Value $10.95
The dress comes with different headband options. We went with this lace headband. The elastic inside the bottom helps the headband stay on while fitting different head sizes. Both of my daughters can easily wear it comfortably. It is not too tight and doesn’t slip off. They have been wearing this with several different outfits lately. It is especially handy because my older daughter is growing out her bangs now and we need creative ways to keep them out of her eyes.
Here she is in her new outfit!
She had no problems with the length of this dress. It definitely does not slow her down.
I did not tell them to stand like that.
Dino Skull Tee – Value $20
I know this is a FabKids girls’ review, but here is a bonus review and an appearance by my 6 year old son! He loves dinosaurs and skulls and wasn’t interested in looking at any other outfit options this month once he saw this Dino Skull Outfit.
Harem Sweatpant – Value $28
With FabKids boy outfits, you can often mix and match between different shirt and pant options. I went with this grey harem sweatpant because it goes with several shirts he has and it has pockets which he is always excited about. This pant has an elastic waistband, faux drawstring, 2 front pockets, and 2 back patch pockets. I think this pant is slightly more relaxed at the top part of the legs than some other sweatpants, but any harem effect here is minimal. I would never have noticed if I wasn’t looking for this.
And here he is in his new outfit as well!
The pant is a little too big for him, but that is my fault. Next time, I will choose a smaller size. I would say they do run true to size.
Back to school time!
He is loving his outfit.
All together.
Verdict: We love FabKids at our house! This month, we received $149 worth of clothing for about $95. The quality is great and the styles are fun to wear!
What do you think of FabKids? Did you choose any outfits this month?
