I am getting the winter box, but I was going to get another editors box when they became available because I love the scarf and I hope I get in another color if not I will swap it or give to my niece. So I went a head and got the black Friday deal with and different account. just need to remember to cancel. Lol

I’m annoyed with FFF for a few reasons.

One, I’m upset about the eyeshadow palette, just like everyone else here seems to be. I think it’s ridiculous that we were made to think we were getting it (but now there’s a chance we won’t), and now we’ve come to find out that people who subscribed at a later date can choose to have it. How is that fair?

And man, I’m going to be so livid if I end up with the nail polish as my variation item instead of the palette. Seriously, if they’re going to have variations, then they need to all be equal in value! The discrepancy between a $50 palette and a $9 nail polish is huge, and totally unfair to anyone who gets stuck with the polish. Sidenote: I wonder how they’ll go about deciding who gets what…

Additionally, I’m upset about the scarf choices. I specifically upgraded to VIP so I’d get to choose the color I want (the green and navy from the fall box), only to be told I have to pick from the black and white and the multicolor. Really? I don’t want either of those!

I’m curious if they had the green and navy but sold out or if they just decided to not offer it this time. Because by the time FFF’s glitchy website allowed me to have access to Select (three weeks after I subscribed), the only options left were the two uglier colors. Seriously irritated right now.

Hello Emily, if you message them they will be able to apply the pure code toy your box to make sure you get it. They have already made the change for me. I’m pleased to say it was very easy to change only took one email.

I believe the two colours we only ever available for the editor’s box, they probably sold out from the fall and had these two colours left.

I hope you try emailing them they are a great help.

I emailed them a few days ago, and yes, they were able to apply the PURE code for me. So I’m not mad anymore lol. As for the scarves, the black/white has grown on me, I will admit.

wish i had waited too… PLUS i wanted see if my editors box had shipped yet and i went to FAQ and it says if it was ordered AFTER 10/19 it won’t ship until late dec/jan and i wanted to gift the products from the editors box for xmas! i’m so disappointed!!

I’m already a FFF member, but i signed up just for this box so I can gift it to my sister for Christmas. She’s talked about wanting to try FFF and i think this will be a great box for her to decide if she wants to continue with a subscription 🙂

HI everyone. Try messaging their customer service. They told me they can add the pure code to my purchase to ensure I still get the pallet even though I ordered it before this promo came out. I’m no longer mad and am very impressed with their customer service

I know! And the main reason I signed up a couple of weeks ago is because initially MSA said the palette was guaranteed in every box based on the unboxing video. Maybe we will all get it 🙂

Yup! Extremely annoyed by this and now I’m not guaranteed the palette. I feel duped as they are now allowing people that sign up after me to select the palette for their box. Hope to see the palette in my box or else it’s bye bye to FFF…

Exactly. Agreed. This really isn’t fair since they said you had to sign up by the 12th to get the Editor’s box, and I did think the palette was in it originally. Now they’re letting these new people pick one of the 2 best items while we may be stuck with nail polish or body lotion. Not cool.
