Akibento Monthly Pin - Value $1.00?

Every Akibento box comes with a little pin. At first, I was like, am I really going to wear a pin from a subscription box around? But now that I have a few, I'm kind of excited to add new ones to my collection.

Naruto Shippuden Funko Pop Pocket Keychain - Value $7.50

Ramen-loving Naruto kicks off this "Tasty" box! This keychain-sized Funko figurine is only about 2 inches tall and comes with a keychain and a lobster claw clasp, in case you'd rather use it as a zipper pull.

As with all Funko toys, this little Naruto is delightfully detailed.

You can even see his individual toes! Haha, so cute!

Happy from Fairytail Funko Pop Figurine - Value $9.98

I don't know too much about Fairy Tail, but in checking it out, it makes total sense that Happy would appear in this box! He's a really interesting, funny character who often uses fish and other seafood (he's a cat, after all) as weapons.

It's only appropriate then, that he's depicted here with a fish in his paws!

He makes for such a cute Funko figurine, doesn't he? Again, I just love the detail, from the itty bitty toes to the feathers in the wings.

Exclusive Akibento Tasty T-Shirt - Value $22.00

Akibento includes a bunch of exclusive designs in each month's box, one of which is always a t-shirt. This heathered gray tee features a whole handful of food-loving characters from all different shows, including Naruto and Happy! The shirt itself is a short-sleeved crew neck. There's nothing too extraordinary about the make of the shirt, but it is comfy!

Exclusive Akibento Shokugeki No Soma Wall Scroll - Value $11.49?

Since this item is exclusive, I couldn't find it online, so I linked to a similar small wall scroll.

You can't have a food box without featuring Food Wars! This is probably the most bizarre item I've ever gotten in a subscription box, but in saying that, how delightfully weird is this design?!!

Check out our review of the February 2017 Akibento box!

The scroll is about 2 feet long and packs so many characters from the show onto one vibrant, illustrated platter. Hilarious. Amazing.

Exclusive Akibento One Piece Magnet Set - Value $7.99

At first I thought these were stickers, but in fact, they're 6 individual magnets that pop out of the larger sheet. They weren't the stickiest magnets (they won't hold a ton of pictures or mail), but they do look cute on a fridge! (Especially Chopper!)

Exclusive Akibento Toriko Chopsticks - Value $9.50?

These metal chopsticks come in a nice cardboard sleeve. I love that there are two sets so that I can enjoy 'em with a pal!

See the characters on the sides? The images are a little fuzzy (they're so small, after all). But I think it's a cute touch!

Verdict: I really liked how this Akibento box played with the food theme! The exclusive items were all really high quality, and I liked the drawing style, too. The best part is that there was about $70.00 worth of value in this $23.95 box! Hooray! I've mentioned before that I'm used to anime fandom merch being a bit on the pricier side, so being able to get so much for a relatively reasonable cost is awesome!

My daughter is all about the Fairy Tail. She even writes a fanfic based on it. After the movie comes out, the series will come to a close, so it’s a great time if you wanted to binge it.

Omg Happy figure is so cute! Fairy tale is worth checking out too! It’s from the same author as Rave and he used to be an assistant to One Piece!!
