About the Brand
“Aki” is a shortening of Akihabara, the capital of anime and manga in Japan. The reason we name our box as “Akibento” is because our goal is to bring the most authentic and original figures, collectibles, manga, apparel, accessories and more to our customers worldwide in our monthly subscription box. We connect our subscribers to the best companies producing gear, snacks, toys, art, and just about anything that spells awesome. Each month we assemble a mystery collection of 5-8 items, all of which are kept secret until the boxes are delivered.

We are still waiting for the December box to be delivered. the tracking these thieves provided never activated. USPS never received the package. every time we email them we get a "please continue to wait" reply. Now, January is almost over and the tracking they provided on 1/12/21 for the January box has not activate yet. These people are running a scam.
