Akibento Monthly Pin - Value $1.00?

Every Akibento box comes with a little pin to suit the theme. This months is particularly cute!

Exclusive Akibento Spirits T-Shirt - Value $20.99

This month's exclusive tee is pretty sweet. It's a black 100% cotton tee with a big "Spirit Reaper" graphic on it. I think the silhouetted character is supposed to be Maka from Soul Eater wielding her Death Scythe. I really like this t-shirt and its striking blue, black, and white palette.

Black Butler Wristband - Value $4.99

These kinds of rubber bracelets aren't my favorite, but at least this one features the sarcastic, creepy-cool Sebastian from Black Butler. If you collect these sorts of wristbands, I could see this being a cool addition to your stash.

Exclusive Light-Up LED Necklace - Value $24.99

This necklace carries on the scythe theme introduced via the Soul Eater tee. The glass gem at the end of this necklace is basically just a clear glass pendant until you twist the top, turning on the colorful light inside. It's fun, though not particularly something I could see wearing around—I'll have to save it for a watch party or something. The chain is a little heavy for my liking, but it's a pretty sweet concept for a necklace.

Bleach Kon Trexi Figurine - Value $12.50

Here we have precocious Kon in vinyl figurine form. He's only about three inches tall, but he's opposable, which is fun. I like that in recent boxes, this subscription has moved away from Funko Pop figurines, which they were sending along pretty consistently there for a moment. I love me a Funko Pop toy, but I like branching out to see what cool stuff other brands have to offer, too.

Dust Ball Phone Charm - Value $7.99

Eeeeee! I love when the soot sprites pop up in Miyazaki movies, and to have a fluffy little one of my own is so fun! This happy little spirit is pretty much to scale—it sits happily in the palm of my hand. If I want, I can remove the loop that's attached to his head via the lobster-claw clasp, which I might do, since my phone doesn't have a loop for charms. But I might also attach this guy to a zipper or a keychain.

Hakuoki Notebook - Value $6.99?

I haven't watched this anime, but a little digging revealed that it's also a manga and a game, so I'll have to start there. I love having notebooks handy, so I'll definitely put this to use. I love the watermark-like patterns on the pages, too! I valued this item based on something similar in the Akibento site shop.

Bonus Item Roger's Base Sticker - Value $1.99?

I'm glad this is considered a bonus item because it's really not doing anything for me. I like that Akibento stays really tuned into the YouTube community, but I just don't get much value out of getting a sticker for someone who I don't follow. If this was about an anime I haven't watched yet, I'd at least be intrigued to check it out. But as it is, I'm not so crazy about it.

Verdict: I liked this Akibento box! I got about $80.00 of product (not counting the bonus sticker) for $29.99 (the price of the box plus shipping), and everything in this box was pretty cool. The sticker didn't wow me, and I'm not sure how much use I'll get out of the bracelet, but even so, I liked the theme and the items.

Kita

The Anime for the sticker is “my hero academia”! It’s recently released and only has about 2 seasons, but it’s already super popular, the character pictured there is the token lech in the anime haha

Thanks for sharing. Just googled it, and it looks pretty interesting (judging by the pics anyway).
Haven’t been catching up my manga/anime for a long time now, especially since some long runs had ended.
Will def check this one out!
