Bombfell is a men’s clothing and accessory subscription box service that focuses on vamping up the styles in your everyday wardrobe. When signing up, you take an in-depth survey so your personal stylist gets a feel for whom you are, what your style is, and what you’re looking for out the service. What makes Bombfell a little more unique compared to other styling services, is that you get to see the stylist’s picks before they ship! So if you are unhappy with any of the pieces, you can simply let them know to filter in something else that would better fit you and your style!

My items are reflective of my style and price preferences, so your Bombfell may be completely different!

This is my detailed invoice noting the products that are in my box, the sizing and the cost of each item.  Total cost to keep all three items would be $158.

Also attached to the invoice is the return label. You have seven days after your package is received to decide what you’d like to keep and return. Once you’ve made your decisions, you go to Bombfell.com to give your feedback on the pieces. You then get a return ID number, which you place on the invoice in the return package with the prepaid shipping label and drop off at the nearest FedEx location. The whole process is very simple!

Let’s take a look at what’s inside my September shipment!

Grayers Baird Stripe Thermal – Cost to keep: $78

I was instantly drawn to the subtle blue color combo of this thermal top and quickly imagined how easily this would pair with some many things in my closet. This is a double layered thermal, and you instantly feel the quality when this is on, which helps justify the cost of $78. I do, however, have something very similar that I like the fit more on in my closet, so this will be returned.

PX Clothing Twisted Yard FlannelCost to keep: $60

The weather is starting to change so I'm starting to think of warmer weather clothing options, and this fits a lot of the requirements I'm currently looking for. The flannel is extremely versatile and the quality is quite high; it's not overly warm, so you won't be sweating in this guy either. This will also pair quite nicely with a wide range of different colored bottoms, which is a huge plus for me and one of the reasons that I'm keeping this top - this one is a winner for me!

Johnnie-O Fillmore 5-pocket Corduroy Pants – Cost to keep: $98

I've been on the hunt for a pair of corduroy pants for the fall months ahead, so this was exciting to see in this month's shipment. Sadly, the fit didn't work for me here at all; the pant legs are way too loose throughout, especially at the ankle and this just doesn't work for my look or body type. The rich color is quite a head turner and overall, I really like the pants, just not fit, so these are going back.

Verdict: I really enjoyed my picks in this month’s package and am keeping one item! I feel like my stylist is doing a great job of sending items that are good for my style at a variety of different price ranges, which I appreciate. The quality on all pieces are extremely high and are in line with the prices listed, even if they're higher than I'd like to pay. I requested even more fall basics for next month, so I look forward to seeing what I get!

Thank you for modeling all these clothes for us in the men’s boxes! I have looked at your reviews for quite some time now, and I feel like I have a decent idea of your style. I think you look great in everything, but honestly, I find the looser fit of the corduroy pants much more attractive and flattering on you than the jeans you own and styled. Of course, fashion, to me, is all about feeling wonderful and confident in what you find to be appealing, not what others, especially a perfect stranger, think. I’ve wanted to comment before, but I was unsure how to say what I’m saying without coming across as a slight to your style. I just think we are all our owns harshest critic.
And it’s been mentioned in the women’s reviews some, but it seems to be that if you have a very specific style that you are set in, a lot of the clothing subs can be a big let down versus being more open to trying out things that you would never even look at on your own. I don’t know the male equivalents, but subs like Just Fab, Fabletics, etc where you pick your items, seem to be a sub model better suited for you because I do feel like you have a very particular style.
Thank you again for your reviews and I can not reiterate enough that I find most of the clothes you’ve modeled for us to have looked great on you, especially the looser items.
