Bombfell is a great service. Their stylists do their best to honor what you feel comfortable in and offer great suggestions to improve your wardrobe. And I've had all very positive customer service interactions. If you need to extend a try-on period, or something got lost in the mail, they are very flexible and willing to work with you. Definitely recommend this company!

this is a truly great service at a great value. more often than not the items selected for me end up becoming my absolute favorite pieces of my wardrobe. prices relative to retail have been very much in my favor.

Bombfell has been the best for me compared to the others that I tried. The selection is great and truly tailored to my preferences and keeping me up to date with modern style. The customer service is amazing! I wish I would have started using Bombfell years ago!

Bombfell has been an excellent subscription service. I've used them since 2018. They've never let me down with customer service or clothes. They provide superb quality clothing, have a variety of subscription options and won't give you grief if you need to pause your subscription for any reason. They seem to care about what they do, and don't try to get paid for service they're not providing. I definitely recommend them if you're in the market for getting clothes shipped to your home.

I've used other clothing subscription services but my experience with Bombfell has been the best so far. First, the clothes are really excellent. Price point is maybe a little on the high side, but that's what you're going to find with this type of service and quality. Beyond the fact that the clothes are all excellent, the back and forth with the stylists is really what puts them over the top. You get the preview of the box and opportunity to select the type of clothes you want. If you don't love something they work with you to swap it out

Hi! Hands down the best mens clothing subscription brand/site! Why? They don’t change any upfront cost. If you like, you keep, if not, send back. Shipping on them and they keep track of what you keep and show you how to style them when you get new items. Love it and my stylist really gets to know me and emails me any new ideas she has Love love love it!

I've been a Bombfell member for a few years now and have been extremely impressed both with the quality of the clothes they've sent me and the service they provide. They are one of those companies where you can tell from every interaction with them that they really care about their customers. I recently had an issue with my box going missing, and the service team was so helpful and understanding about it all that I almost couldn't believe it. 5 stars for the clothes. 5 stars for the service. Would highly recommend Bombfell over any other subscription clothing service.

Very good quality clothing. I like you have plenty of time to try on clothes before returning. Returns are easy and shipping is fast! Also love you can preview the order which is not an option for other competitors. Always look forward to my Bombfell order.

I have been using Bombfell for two orders. I am really impressed with the quality of customer service and curation of clothes. Customer Service: Every month I get sent a curated set of clothes I may enjoy. I can change the order before it ships without any issue. My stylist is very professional and responsive - usually responding in 12-24 hours. I message my stylist even between orders to ask for clothing advice - she is respectful and answers them thoroughly. Little known fact - Bombfell does do price matching! I have only found one instance where their price was higher than the people who make the clothes, but one quick email made them match that brand (and still offer a 10% off coupon if I keep all my clothes for additional savings). Curation The clothes come from smaller to medium size boutique shops. Bombfell doesn't try to hide the brands or style names - which I like. I have several sets of pants now from Bombfell, and I am happy to know I can order additional clothes from those brands anytime. I may do so with one pair of pants I purchased! Clothing styles change each month. I have seen spring pants and shirts to now polos and shorts in their curation. This month I only got a few items because their curation wasn't exactly my style, but I know next month will bring a different selection. The only fee with Bombfell is $20 for the stylist. This $20 is credited towards any clothes you buy from that months curation. This makes the whole deal very affordable - with essentially a "free" stylist picking out my clothes. 5/5 love it.

I never write reviews but I have been a Bombfell member for years so I must like it. I've basically built most of my wardrobe out with pants, dress shirts, sweaters, jackets, etc from Bombfell. My stylist has learned what colors, prints, styles I like and don't. It's very easy to adjust what comes in each shipment. For example, when I needed a new jacket I requested a delivery of all jackets. You will pay a little but more than shopping around or going to the mall but if you are like me you NEVER want to go clothes shopping at the mall and aren't going to spend time shopping online. It's well worth it! Shipping is easy. It comes with a prepaid label and you just drop it off. I leave it in the outbox at work. Customer support has always been helpful when I was travelling and needed to move a shipment or return date. Thanks!
