I realize this must seem redundant, but I just signed up for Sprezzabox just now (10/8 AM) and I’m “assuming I will be getting the October box.
Please, is this correct?

I just wanted to add that I did not sign up with a “mystery box” code, but I did use one that HONEY got me which discounted my first box from $28 to only $8. (a $20 discount…pretty good, I thought).
My point here is merely to clarify that when i signed, it there was no EXTRA box coming…I just would like to know if I will be getting the OCTOBER box.

this is what I received in terms of the billing date and which box I will get when I ordered on Sept 30th 🙂

Correction for those who Signed up in September!!! I believe the way it works is that you will get the September box and another previous months box (most likely August box) and will be billed again October 10th for the October Box.

Yep! I wrote to customer service and they clarified it:
“Thank you so much for reaching out! Sorry for the confusion with the ads, but the BonusBox promotion means that one would receive our current month’s box + a mystery Bonus Box from our past collection. Since you signed up on 9/28, you will receive the September Box + a Bonus Box.”

I just signed up and bought my first SprezzaBox! When I went in and checked my account it said my next billing date would be October 10. Today is 30 September. Does that mean I will be getting Septembers box? I don’t mind, I am so excited if I do, I’m just wondering if that’s what it means?

Hi, I also signed up on Sept 30th with MSA10 and sent them an email about which box I’d get. Here is their response:

You sighed up for the sept box first if you signed in sept…you will get the sept box first then your second will be the oct.

I’m wondering the same thing. 🙂 I signed up a couple days ago with the same promo BONUSBOX20. The Facebook post where I found the promo said it was for a July box + mystery box. Then later I found adverts for the same promo code – one said August + mystery box, another said September + mystery box.
So I assume the promo code stays the same, but at some point updates which box you get. So now I am not sure which monthly box I will get.
I’m hoping October will be the first, but really any are OK. They will become gifts for my dad and brother and husband 🙂
