Because of this being a UK box, I am concerned about the actual US cost. I see different prices ($19, $22, etc) listed, so want to reach out to subbers to find out what it really costs, please. Thank you.

I pay $16/mo but I signed up for an annual. If you purchase the month to month, it is $19. If you choose the 3-month, it is $18. 6-month is $17.

Question please… I signed up for this box for a year at $14.50 a month, but October is my last month. If I keep it for another year, am I locked in for the $14.50 or is it going to go up to the $16.00?

I was locked in at $15 and my renewal was due in September. I didn’t get a resub notice from them but I also didn’t cancel and I’m still getting the $15 per month so I would say chances are you will stay at what you are already locked in at.

While I usually love this box, I am a little disappointed. 🙁 Modelco? I kinda was expecting better from these guys, then again I may be spoiled. lol

I got an email that they’re starting to carry Nyx. Since Nyx is new to Lookfantastic, it wouldn’t surprise me if a Nyx product will be in the box sometime this year. I personally wouldn’t mind, because I know this is a discovery box and it is a “discovery” for the U.K. (or at least Lookfantastic), but I’d imagine some people would be bothered by it (I’m remembering the whole Mane & Tail debacle).

I get 11 subs a month, but for some reason this has become my favorite. I anxiously await my box cross the ocean to my mail box. I like all the products this month only duplicate will be the Lancer, which is fine my daughter will love it! Good job again Look Fantastic.

I haven’t received my September box, too. I’ve contacted customer Service 3 times until they sad that, unfortunately, there had been problems with the September box and the deliveries. After all, they refunded me but I wish I would have received the box – I really liked what was in it and wished to try the products so much 🙁

It took a while to get my September box also I did email them and got a reply that after it ships to wait 30 days then if it didn’t arrive to contact them but it was here about 4 or 5 days later. I’m pretty sure all these hurricanes & stuff has delayed our shipping!
