Very disappointed, the bracelet is so small I can’t get it over my hand. I don’t use eyeliner or brow products. The pen is not special at all. And I don’t need anymore masks. I like the towel and will use the toothbrush for traveling. But overall just pretty much “eh”. But part of the reason I bought it was the charity aspect, so am ok with it.
I won’t buy Sugarbash again though.

If you send them an email about the bracelet the brand will resize it for you. They have been good about finding a solution for the bracelet.

Anyone get the rose gold pen, but want the yellow gold? I got the yellow gold, but would like the rose gold. Let’s swap!
Regarding the bracelet: I like it. It fits (a bit snug). When I checked out the vendor website I noticed that the bracelet I was sent was the mini (RV$45), not the regular (RV$55) as presented in the literature. I don’t mind in terms of the style of the bracelet or value of the box, I just think accuracy in their presentation of product and value should be accurate to build trust. It’s not a good look when the actual product differs from what’s described.

I just got my box and I do like it better than I expected from just looking at the spoilers. I adore the bracelet and it’s charity. 20 percent goes to help provide service dogs to vets. Very much up my ally. It is TINY though. I have very small wrists and it just fits me. The pen is beautiful and I love the owl kitchen towel. I’m a big fan of owls so again this was perfectly suited for me. I am swapping the toothbrush, eyeliner, highlighter pencil, and mask. I only use a sonic toothbrush, no longer use black eyeliner and already have a bathroom full of highlighter pencils and masks. The items that I am keeping makes this box worthwhile for me.

I would use everything in this box. It may not seem as strong as past boxes, however, it is supporting causes that are really in need of help and I think that is much more important with everything that’s happing right now and worth the price.

I’ve received my box and love it, too. The bracelet is size small, though, as a heads up. I have very small wrists and it is loose, but it might be tight on some wrists. It is the typical clear elastic band bead bracelet, and it is very pretty. The rose-gold-tone pen is very striking. I got the green clay mask, so I’m pretty excited since it’s a very generous size. Overall, there isn’t one negative that I have for this box.

Agree.. not feeling it this month. Hoping the box “grows” on me, but it does not fee like a $40 box. Hoping for improvement.

What does a $40 box feel like? The total value is $160, I think that is a great deal for $40. My Popsugar costs the same. And I have had a lot of misses than hits lately.

Thank you for your service. I am not a vet, but I think the bracelet is beautiful and supports such an important cause.

I also cancelled for same reasons, and because of the poor Customer service in regard to the VIP program that is not in place for people that got in with a coupon at that time of joining.
I started getting Sundae Home instead and I use everything in the box with no swaps or gifting so far. Happy with the change.

I canceled my sub after realizing I was only using 1-2 items and swapping the rest but I’ll watch the next few boxes and see. It seems like they have sales for items where I can get something I really want without spending the 40/month.
