FabFitFun Winter Editor’s Box – Available Now + Full Spoilers!

What? I just upgraded to annual so I could customize like this post claims and fabfitfun won’t let me do it! I chatted with customer service and everything. Awesome.

If I (as an annual member) could get to make all the choices, I would buy this box. But since I already have most of this and do not want duplicates of that throw and the oils, I will not be buying the box. I really like the wallet and the scarf but not taking the chance that I will get what I do not want. Their loss!

I also might have gotten the editors box if I could have customized. I don’t want another crappy throw. I would have been embarrassed to even gift it. I would have liked the scarf and more bubble masks and would have loved the pink wallet. I have loved the blaq eye masks from the winter box though and the thrive highlighter so if you’re thinking about the editors those two items are great. Hopefully that pink wallet will pop up in an add on sale or be up for trade.

If I am a new subscriber will I get the editor’s box and will I get to choose my items? I’m confused. Thanks for any help you can give!

Just got through looking at all if the sale items and this time around I just dont see anything very exciting 🙁 even the “sold out items” very just ehh… I usually have had to scale down on my order… removing things bc my cart was so full. (over doing it) This is my 3rd editors sale.

Did anyone else feel underwhelmed??? Just curious… Ty and Happy New Years to All.

I just have to give them a huge thumbs up because I think they have the BEST customer service out there. I did not receive my Ayesha Curry Mug in “Love You a Latte” I had ordered in my add ons but before I even sent an email about it they caught it themselves and not only did they send me a replacement “coming in hot” since they are out of the other,they also issued a refund and gave me $20 in add on credit! I will never cancel this box!

I canceled at Winter, the first time in 2 years, but had to jump pretty happy with all the choices

I did a live chat with customer service and was told that they will no longer be offering customization for any of the editors boxes for current subscribers. That sucks and isn’t a great way to reward your loyal subscribers! The only thing I really cared about is the pink flat wallet, and it’s not worth it to me to subscribe and hope that I get that choice. Especially when the other choice in that category is the same blanket that we literally just received. I was so ready to buy this box and now they just lost out on my money because of this!!

Pass. I don’t ever want to see another Mark & Graham throw again. That was the worst blanket type item Ive ever received in a sub. It snagged on the dog’s groomed nails, it snagged on the table, it snagged on my manicure, it snagged on my entire finger going through it, it snagged on a pen…ALL IN ONE WEEKEND! Nope. Never again.
(That scarf is cute though)

I really, really like the scarf. Don’t know if I can justify buying it just for that though.

If we are a current subscriber and buy this in the edit sale do we get choose items?

I would totally purchase this if I could choose the exfolikate without going annual. This looks better than the winter box for sure.

I was mailed a second winter box a few weeks after receiving my regular winter box. I double checked my card statements and invoice and I was not charged, nor did i order a second box. Has this happened to anyone else?

So current subscriber’s don’t get to customize but new subs do… No thanks. I was interested but it’s too much of a risk to receive the items I don’t want.

I just opened a live chat before resubscribing, and told the CS rep I was disappointed in the winter box and asked if it would be possible to resubscribe with the editor’s box. She said I could resubscribe and she could change it manually. I’m supposed to get a confirmation email by the end of the day, so fingers crossed!

I can’t find any way to make the links work or through my FFF account. The only way for me to get a box is through the edit sale where the items will be random. I am confused. As Usual.

So the editors box is only for new members . If you canceled your membership and reactivated it hoping for the editors box you will get the winter box instead. Wish this was clear as now I have to try to get a refund.

I am an annual member but when I signed up only the fall box was available. Can l get this one since l missed out on the winter box? Also there is an editor’s box in the edit sale. This would be better because you get to choose your items, correct?

Liz, do you know whether I’d receive the Editor’s Box or the Winter Box if I were to reactivate a membership now? I think I’d use every single thing in this box regardless of the variations. I like it so much more than the winter box!

I actually like the items in this one.

This box is probably the least exciting from them in a long time. So many of the products are repeats from previous boxes/sales.
