Judging by the comments I see my decision to cancel my crates almost a year ago was and STILL IS the best decision that I made. They take their payments on time, but can’t deliver people their boxes on time. I had been with them since 2013 and just got completely fed up with the late boxes. I understand that things out of our control tend to happen, but month after month just got to be too much and frustrating for me. I really hope they do better.

I signed up in February 2019, they took payment right away, no socks received , they took March payment….still no socks received…..they took April payment….. on April 10th I received February socks. Yes Iv complained many many times but you get a run around. Will cancel ! If they could not keep up with demand then they should limit subscriptions. Was excited to join but it’s been a huge disappointment!

I am consistently amazed at how these subscriptions have stayed in business. The customer service is the worst, each time I have went against my better judgement and ordered, the products were sub par and they are always months behind.

I love how there are full spoilers when I’m still waiting for the December undies. I don’t even know what they’ll look like yet. Loot crate is ridiculous.

Was that the december box we just got? I lost track of how far behind they are. Also love that they didn’t mention if they’ll even replace the undies and when I emailed asking they basically said to look at the website for schedules. I love lootwear and am fine with them always being slow but just sending half a shipment and no apology or even sign that the plan on sending the rest is definitely moving me closer to finally canceling.

Yes it was the December box missing the undies. My son has been waiting on those. When I asked about them being missing I was given a tracking number from Feb 5th that has had zero activity. A second message to customer service went unanswered so I have cancelled. I have only received 2 shipments of my soon to expire 6 month subscription. Maybe the other 4 will show up and maybe not looking at their shipping status updates!
