I loved everything in my box ! However, that Venus Williams bag was a joke a piece of trash..pffft..passed that to a cowrker who laughed oh well.. lets see what their summer bag box brings (fingers and toes crossed ) b/c spring’s box was a JOKE

I was so excited to receive my spring editors box today – all of the items were things I wanted and would use. However, upon opening, I found the Way of Will nail serum had leaked everywhere, leaving an empty bottle and oily stains all over everything else. While many of the items are still usable, it sure cuts down on my ability to re-gift anything and I was just really disappointed :/

Is it too late to get the spring box?

I got me box it’s great !! So much better then spring box 😁 everything was amazing I choose except the cheap nylon Venus Williams bag I’m giving it away , it’s so cheap looking and ugly ! Compared to the beautiful gym bag I got from Popsugar’s box . Glad I added on train case for $10.00 that’s gorgeous plus when I travel it’s great for carrying a lot of my makeup , which is a lot 🥰😁 got the tarts moisturizer , beach towel, dr Miranda eye brightened , and what everyone else got . Just great quality all around with the $20.00 coupon off (thanks ) it was great ! Hope everyone enjoys theirs too 🙂

It said that it was not a valid code when I tried to use it

I spoke to CS today after reading everyones concerns. She reassured me that I was indeed getting the Editor’s Box even though it says Spring Box but I was unable to make any changes from my initial choices because my box is already processing.

I was leaning more towards the Opal Rose necklace after seeing that the ISH palette shades are different on the website. Oh well!

I recommend double-checking which box you’re getting after using the code. I ordered and customized the Editor’s box using the code above, but my account shows the Spring box. This is what CS rep emailed to me:

“This is a follow-up email regarding your concern.
To clarify, you were supposed to get the Spring box. Nonetheless, we’ll make the exception for you to get the Spring Editor’s box as a one-time courtesy. Also, we don’t usually process these types of requests, nonetheless, as a one-time courtesy, I can go ahead and make your customization via this email!”

I explained that it’s their wrong and by no means “a courtesy”, so definitely double-check with them! Some boxes are processing as Spring, even with the code!

It’s 2:20pm eastern time and all options are still available. Just order my first box. This is a good one.

I added some things to my box but they aren’t showing up on the box page, which isn’t unusual.
Their ordering screen had a ton of pop ups this time around, which I do think was a temporary glitch.

I come here to see what I added. SO many FFF boxes since 2013, LOL.

Tarte Mascara and the Tarte Moisturizer ( I think I’m getting both- not sure)

I hope I get the AHAVA foot cream. I love the idea of the Pillow Spray but allergic to lavender (if it’s strongly scented with lavender). I wish I didn’t have this allergy.

I just ordered the editors box yesterday but wasn’t allowed to customize – says it’s not available yet…

Just ordered my box at 730am before leaving for work. All choices were in stock.

I signed up, but it only gave me 3 items included in the 29.99 price. I guess I thought based on the way you described it here that I’d be able to chose between the sleep spray/foot cream. I’m really disappointed because I wanted the sleep spray

How do you know if your censored ? And why would someone be censored ? My comments don’t pop- up right away , but I’ve never done or said anything offending .

Its 10pm EST and I just ordered and all options were available. Was able to use code with another email and confirmed with CS that renewing sub would not result in a spring box.

Well I guess my wallet is safe. Made all my choices only to say out of stock. 😔

I REALLY needed this today as major plumbing issues found at our house this afternoon and no repair person ever came. It’s a YIKES thing but the box purchase helped a lot.

I was able to get the cosmetic case.. Maybe they had a glitch?

One thing- they have installed a pop up screen, which I thought was a ” place your order” button, but it was a new ” Upgrade to Annual Subscription” red button feature pop up.

I do not have good or even fair vision, and am now in the process of getting the charge refunded. It shouldn’t be a problem for most people, and the Annual Subscription does allow more customization for those who want that.
I just like to take things one box at a time. 😉

The pillow spray is sold out otherwise i probably would have jumped on this at full price. it’s better than the spring box if all the options were available imo.

Hmm, just ordered this on a new account. I only was charged $29.99 with the code and it said Editor’s box when I checked out, and had me select my choices. However, I’m not sure it went through as Editor’s box. My email says Seasonal Box and my dashboard shows Spring box. I don’t know what I’m getting!
