Look Fantastic Limited Edition QIXI 2019 Box – Full Spoilers + Coupon!

They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! I was going to sign up for a 6 month subscription at the end of May and after I filled everything in to sign up my card wouldn’t go through. So I thought since I didn’t pay for anything and did not receive anything then the whole transaction was just cancelled. I didn’t try to pay with another card or pursue it any further. Then I get this email from them at the end of July, (2 months later!) Informing me that my payment did not go through for my July box. I get on chat line with them and explain to them what had happened and ask them to please just cancel the order for the subscription because now I really don’t want it. The agent on line looks it up and tells me she will cancel it for me. GREAT! No problems!! Today I get this email informing me that my order has been processed and has been shipped. I get onto their chatline once again and this agent looks up my order and tells me I cannot cancel my subscription until I have completed my 6 month subscription with them. She tells me the last agent I spoke to ONLY put in a request to cancel. After I told her I would be calling to speak to a supervisor and also calling the better business bureau she asked me if there was anything else she could help me with. Terrible customer service and in my opinion, very bad business.

I ordered this box when this posted, using the code you provided for the $131 beauty bag. They won’t honor it.

I emailed them to confirm after the invoice I got said I would receive a $25 eyelash curler. I received one email back asking for a screenshot after I already provided a link. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and said they won’t be providing the beauty bag.

I keep trying to email in order to cancel because this is obviously false advertising…I can’t get anyone to respond.

This is really disappointing. I will never order anything from them again. I don’t see them on social media — can anyone tell me if they have an account I’m missing?

This box has more appeal to me than most of the other boxes I have seen lately. I am excited to purchase it. It is good there is such a wide variety of boxes to choose from.

The value is absolutely there in this box, especially if you like sampling harder to find items from Europe. If you click on the link there are several pictures of the items where you can see the sizes- the rest I am guessing on based on the scaling of the items.

Oh no, I’m comparing this to the Net A Porter boxes that just happened, and this isn’t super great comparatively lol

Are they full sized items?

I just want the box.

For the price I expect they are all full sized? If its the trial Erno Laszlo bar then these items are tiny.
