I’m confused. It’s ok to ship when we feel like it and omit promised items with no replacement? It clearly said TWO masks, now it’s one. NO teabags. Essentially you aren’t shipping out what you sold. A 25 off 50 dollar purchase is a really lame offering and your communication is appalling. I know the boxes are lovely, but they are also expensive and at this point not even materializing. You owe your customers better than this, especially the ones that took another chance on you after your awful run of. I stoner service and product.

It doesn’t specify so far what the five charm choices will be but the photo looks like it has a hummingbird charm. If I hadn’t just ordered the red poppy bracelet directly from them during the 35% off sale at the OuiShop last week, this spoiler might convince me to get this box despite the emotional roller coaster of waiting for shipping and potential mistakes/missing products!

I purchased a box in September 2nd and it still hasn’t shipped 🙁

Slightly frustrating to see the next box being plugged when they can’t seem to send out this one. It makes me not want to buy again.

Is this a common problem for them?

I just got a note from them and they say they are having problems with the chocolate spreads leaking and to avoid issues they are halting shipping on the September. I would just say wrap it in bubble put it in a plastic bag and it will be fine or just leave it out and send it next time. I live ouiplease and especially their recent durations but I am a bit worried now

What does it mean they are *halting* shipment? Are they not intending to send out the box that we paid for? I’m not exactly clear on what’s going on here. My label was created on October 5 and I’m starting to get angry at this point because of the lack of transparency on their part. I was promised an update three days ago and have heard nothing. I don’t mind waiting if I know the box will arrive, but I do mind being taken for a ride. Don’t promise an update if you can’t keep your promise.

I just was looking at the spoiler for the Boissier candy in the next box, which they are calling the November box. I haven’t even gotten my October box yet, my shipper hasn’t moved since they sent me tracking on Oct. 5! I’m seriously doubting we will get the next box in November!

My package label was created on October 8th, and it still hasn’t shipped. I do really want next months box, but I don’t trust that I’m even getting this one. And it might come with no chocolate or tea, which are things I was looking forward to. I don’t understand what’s going on with them…

Bonjour Leslie! We apologize and take full responsibility for the missing products! There were 2 mask options available originally, but only 1 was included in each box. Because we import all of our products from France, there are sometimes factors beyond our control if the FDA or customs decides to hold a product until further notice. Unfortunately this has been the case with the tea. We hope you love your clutch and the rest of the box!

It’s a great box – but you have to have the patience of a saint to be a subscriber. Once you receive a shipping notice, it usually takes about a month before your box actually crosses the threshold of a post office.

What’s funny is their October box magazine came via email and it says “spring” in the magazine w pictures of pumpkins- haha. Obviously need some editing. This August box is now supposedly coming in October (still waiting) so we’d likely get a seasonal box that doesn’t correspond to the actual time of year we receive it.
