Does anyone know if your add one come in first? I got the box with a sponge, moisturizer and two Rose waters!! Is that it??

This is the first box I got from them and I got the $10 off but I was so disappointed I did not get any full-sized I got to sample the speaker and a scarf and some room spray nothing else. I’m not sure what I did wrong but I was so super disappointed I will definitely not subscribe with them againI really need to call them does anyone have a number for them?

fabfitfun charged me for the seasonal price and the vip select upgrade price in one day (totaling about $250 and I paid for addd ons too). I’m awaiting their response. they r a shady company

Good luck on getting a response from FFF. I still have not receieved a response to my issues addressed via email with them in early December, despite the fact that I have written to them about 5 times since my initial email asking when I can expect to have my questions answered. Nothing but more crickets.

Terrible company, I never even received my box. When I called to resolve they basically said after the box ships it is out of their control. If your box never arrives, not their problem.

I think that the current one has a pink Yumi Kim train case, Grown Alchemist day cream, Spongelle in black orchid, and Moroccan Gold Series leave in mask. That’s the most recent one I’ve seen, but it may have changed.

I am pretty disappointed. I ordered my first box–Winter Box, which took nearly two weeks to deliver. I was not able to submit preferences at the time of ordering. What I got was a lot of washing supplies, some cream, and a lot of shredded paper! No cuddly blanket or slippers, cute beanie hat…nothing I will really use. I’ll wait for your return comments before canceling, but at this point I think it’s a bit of a scam. And confusing as far as my getting to “choose” my options for the box.

I have had the same problem lately. When I first subscribed in 2017 each box contained the same items. Then they started “customizing”, meaning you must pay more in order to get the cuddly blankets and Bluetooth speakers. If you don’t customize you receive creams and lotions in bags, not full sized products. Sometimes they charged me state sales tax, other times they did not and when I asked customer service about that I was told FFF has nothing to do with the tax, it’s done according to state requirements. Um yes but….. FFF is responsible for knowing the requirements of each state and collecting from the customer. And forget about customer service, I’ve been trying to get the sales tax issue taken care of since before Christmas. Twice I received an automated message telling me they were too busy responding to other customer requests and would reach out to me soon. I have tried to follow up twice this month and got nothing but crickets.

When you choose a mystery item (I think maybe it says “surprise me” ?), it just means you let them pick for you among the selections listed. It doesn’t mean you get something different from the options shown.

I just got my box, and highly disappointed. I selected my items during selection time, and added on the blanket, and I didn’t get my selections or blanket. I have been receiving this box since the beginning, and I don’t know how my selections and add-on disappeared. I don’t have any use of any of the items I received, and am highly disappointed.

You guys are crazy. This box looks awesome. The bath and hand soap is a body wash as well and Epsom salts are great for your skin which likely dries out in the winter, like your hands. Which is why it is perfect for this box. I am a quarterly member received my email about picking choices, and selected things that I will use. All of the items certainly make the $54 box worth it.

Yes I did as well. However it’s kind of glich of some kind on their end.

One email says that I couldn’t customize until Nov. 15. When the day came, it wouldn’t let me customize because it was closed for customize and the add one.

I’m not happy and I’m hopeful I will get a decent box. Im waiting for its arrival.

I’m just here to say I loved the blanket so much that I put a full size one on my Christmas list. My husband has pretty much claimed the one I got in my box as his now. It’s the perfect weight and it’s so soft and comfy. I was also so grateful to finally see a makeup palette as an option again. Great job on this one FFF.

I got my box, complete with all of my add-ons ons, a few days ago. I am very happy with my selections, especially the blanket, which is just perfect IMO. It is so soft and cozy and just the right weight. I didn’t think I would really like the slippers, but I always need slippers as I go through them quickly, and they are so warm and cozy that I am glad I got them. The candle, IMO, is better suited for summer, so I am saving it. I haven’t tried the goat milk moisturizer yet, but look forward to trying it. (I got all of the 1st category options except the beanie and arm warmers). I have really been loving the Korres jasmine shower gel and body butter I got as add ons. Haven’t tried my Spongelle in jasmine and blue iris yet…or the coffee body scrub that came as a selection in the box.

My box just came and I’m thrilled with the blanket (very nice weight) and slippers. This box is kind of hit or miss with me but there is always one or 2 things that are just perfect. Also I got the hand soap and it’s really small. How they came up with a RV of $40 is beyond me but whatever, it’s soap.

Finally! My Winter box has shipped! I know they estimate further out, but this close to Christmas… I must admit I’ve felt like an impatient child waiting for it to ship. #^_^# There is something about being charged on November 7th that made the projected ship date starting Dec. 1st seem far away.

Go to live chat and see if they cam help you customize. Take screenshots of your choices though and ask if they can send you a confirmation of your choices if they won’t be posting to your online account so you can verify that they did it. Hope that helps.

I know the feeling. I went through this for awhile, wondering when it would all be over. Just logged in to check and it says “you have no upcoming boxes”, which means my subscription is over. Personally, I am relieved. I know that some people love the boxes. It is a fun gift to yourself with the odd useful item here or there but I wish I could go back in time and slap myself. $200 a year to have my house filled with crap I don’t need. Still haven’t opened half of it, or else put it up on ebay. You can only go through so much hand cream! Subscription boxes seem to be a great way for companies to ditch overstock and clearance items nowadays. Why is nobody else catching on to this?

Exact same way I feel. Although I love receiving the box and going through all the great products, seems real redundant with what I receive from month to month, face masks, face lotions, hand lotions, makeup then trinkets or things I prob will never use. I as well think it is a lot of money as well to just really enjoy a few products. I Keep reactivating this every year for 2 boxes then cancel.

Just got my box and it’s fantastic! The slippers are ugly, but comfy and warm. The blanket it soft, warm, and plenty big. The planner is awesome. I love everything. Thank you, FFF. As for the last item, we all get A LOT of stuff for a little money. Maybe trade the hand mask for the soap, if that’s what you want. I’m sure those that don’t love lavender would like to trade.

In any case, I loved my box. I hope everyone can find worthwhile items in theirs as well. I didn’t love the Fall box, but those Nassif pads are amazing.
