SprezzaBox "Lexington" December 2019 Review

Recently SprezzaBox rolled out a brand new feature based on feedback from its customers. Now subscribers get to choose their box each month from several different options. You will receive an email prompting you to select your box and then you'll be taken to a page with photos and information about each of the boxes. This is a great way to ensure you get exactly what you want or need and if you forget to pick your box, don't worry because they will simply have a stylist choose one for you! This month we chose the Lexington box. Let's dive in!

Twillory Tan Pindot Tie - Listed Value $39.00
This tie is one of those colors that is somewhere in between two depending on the light and what colors you wear it with. I see it pretty clearly as a tan color, but my husband argued that it was gray (of course, you can see who was right by the name!). Whatever this color is, it's certainly a nice one and that bit of shine gives it a classy feel. The blue pindot pattern is subtle but definitely adds to the aesthetic quality of the tie. This is made from a blend of polyester and viscose and my husband is happy to add this one to his collection!
Here it is on my husband. It looks really nice, although we were fighting for some light to showcase it on this dreary day!

Basic Outfitters Tan Thick Stripe Socks - Listed Value $12.00
My husband and I both really like these socks! Although, they are definitely more casual and probably not something he would wear to work like the socks they normally include. My husband actually liked that they were a little different than the usual dress socks. The colors are great and the quality of these is nice with reinforced heels and toes.

Salt + Dapper Light Blue Houndstooth Pocket Square - Listed Value $19.00
This pocket square was another winner! It is made from 100% rayon and has a great houndstooth pattern. You can see him wearing it with the tie in the previous tie photo.
Here is a close up in his suit pocket. It adds just a touch of style!

Sprezza Silver Stripe Tie Clip - Listed Value $20.00
This tie clip is pretty basic and looks nice with our tie. It is a fairly simple silver clip but it has a little groove in the center to give it a bit of detail. The tie clip is fine, but I actually really like the material of the bag that it came in!

Standard Shirt Silver Collar Stays - Listed Value $15.00
These are such a great item to include in a box like this! I am constantly finding plastic collar stays on our laundry room floor and collecting them so my husband can match them up to his shirts. These metal stays are much nicer and will stay put much better. My husband loved that they came in their own case and that they sent two different sizes.

Steak & Scotch Lint Brush - Listed Value $3.00
This is one of those useful items that it can't hurt to have more than one of! I was glad to see the price doesn't seem inflated since this is a very basic lint brush. It is very compact though and will be great to stash in my husband's work bag or car for those last-minute touch-ups.
Verdict: My husband is enjoying SprezzaBox's new Pick Your Own Box feature so far! It looks like they are starting to switch up their offerings a little and it's nice that you can choose boxes based on your preference or the types of items you might actually need or want. This Lexington box was full of nice quality items and several useful items that my husband appreciated. The total listed value comes to $108 which is pretty great for a $30.00 ($28.00 + $2.00 shipping) box!
