FabFitFun Summer 2020 Box Spoilers: Customization 3 Choices!

Usually not. I used the promo and used my normal cc # and my normal address and just inputted my husbands email address and I got the discounted price. I noticed a few people on Facebook who were talking about signing up again for annual so they could get the mystery bundle and they will not be getting it.

I don’t have sensitive skin and didn’t have allergic skin reactions until trying coola products, my face started literally burning on contact. My friend tried it on her leg and same effect. I’m surprised they are still in business, the formula isn’t even good for skin!

I agree. This one is terrible. I wish I could get out of it now! I don’t want it.

Glad I read this post. I noticed the Coola products said “mineral” on them. I’m allergic to sulfa and any time something is mineral then it causes a rash for me. Not too crazy about category 3, but I’m probably going to get the detangler cause I can always use more, and I like that brand.

You will have to Contact the customer service. I was having the same problem so I got on the little chat thing with them. She told me to reactivate and then upgrade. It charges you the 49.99 and then the cost of the annual. She then refunded me the 49.99 and I wasn’t able to put in the code for the free bundle but she added it to my account.

Ijust went through the add one. Wasn’t anything special, some of the same items listed as before.

There’s also a problem with being a previous subscriber, not just disliking product. I have still unopened exactly same shampoo, conditioner, and detangler from them. I was indeed excited to get them the first time around. Now it dwindles my choices significantly. There’s also no star item here for my personal taste, nothing I need (the towel is cute, but again, already so many other sub box beach towels in my closet).

No. It’s very thin and terrible to try and get out and put on!

Like Jill said, the one that comes from FabFitFun doesn’t have the pump. It is certainly inferior to the retail version with the pump. It really does cause it to leak even with the very, very slightest movement/tilt of the container. I really like the moisturizer but I wouldn’t choose it again from FabFitFun, so much product gets wasted with the packaging. I’m curious if the one being offered is an old product design or if the company actually is manufacturing a cheaper container specifically for FFF. If that is the case, they aren’t doing themselves any favors in marketing.

I got this in a previous box and like the cream but it was in a container as shown. Due to the thin consistency, if I tilt the container even the slightest, it will leak out onto the threads. I’ve actually lost a decent amount of product due to this. Hope this helps!!!

Agreed on the DryBar detangler! It smells good and I’ve used it before blow-drying. I got it in the spring box but will definitely be getting another one!

Coola products feel awful on the skin, one of their face sprays actually burns going on so I tossed it. Their ingredients are not skin friendly. This box looks like leftovers from other boxes, major disappoint. The add-ons weren’t much better.

Same thought here! The Canada only one is so much better 🙁

Thanks for the heads up. The reviews are so bad I actually emailed FFF to let them know we are aware of it and they may want to make a last minute change. I know they won’t listen but I said my peace. I’m interested to know how much FFF paid for those.

Sorry for any confusion. Customization for annual subscribers starts tomorrow. You should be able to customize then if you are an annual subscriber.
