yet another bad experience with FFF. I used the promo code BRAVE which was supposed to be a bundle of $200. I got a bundle worth $132. I talked to CS and they promised to send an item to make up the difference – I got the awful ARIA brush, which still falls way below the value. I just finishes online chat with FFF again and was told I used a different code. Um, not sure how that’s possible as I used the link from their ad! So, once again, fraudulent behavior by FFF. The classic bait and switch. I was offered a $10 credit – hahaha! Asked to speak with a supervisor, but they were “in a meeting.” So, I cancelled my account and am getting a full refund. Hope it was worth a measly $68 to them ( which is really more like $5, as their markup is so ridiculously high.) I will not fall for FFF again.

So super weird situation with FFF- wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them too..

I bought an annual sub with a big bonus box in the spring. My first box was summer and I added like $150 in add-on’s. I was shipped my summer box and all my add on’s- no problem. The bonus box never came. Then last month I was randomly refunded the full $200 that I paid for my annual sub and when I went to check my account to see what was going on- my account is gone! It says I’m not a member and my email isn’t in their system. So bizarre because I’ve been with FFF for like 5-6 years now..

I want to warn everyone. I fell for this offer last time. The $125 in free items was 3 items totalling $37 for sale on on their site.. The $125 is based on “potential retail sales”. What? I was so mad that i got a full refund and cancelled everything. The $125 was a mid sized leave in conditioner, an after workout set ..deodorant and some wipes, and a foot cream. No where near $125.
2 of the items i had received in previous boxes. The deodorant i wouldn’t ever want, it didn’t even have antiperspirant in it, just deodorant.

Does anyone know how to confirm that you are getting the mystery box, or do I just need to email FFF customer support? I am a new customer and entered the code FIREWORK but it doesn’t say anywhere that I am getting the mystery bundle.

It usually takes a penny off and that’s how you know it went through with the mystery bundle.

I received my edit box Saturday. Other than my choice items, I was very disappointed with the rest, pure junk for me. No way I’m buying again from FFF. I know it’s a gamble; I lose every time with them.

I finally received my editors box today and my add ons were not in my box.
I ordered the buy more pay less bundles of the hair masks so it was $20.99 for five masks
Ordered two sets so I should have gotten 10 hair masks in total

I only got one 🤦🏻‍♀️
I messaged them and it took about 30 minutes of being on hold for them to tell me they couldn’t fulfill my order
Even tho I saw these hair masks being sold in recent sales

Why over sale items??

Anyways sad don’t get to have the hair masks, really love them.

I also ordered the bundle of 5. I recieved one of them in part of my edit sale box I finally received last week, I finally received my summer box a couple of days ago. Yesterday I got a box that had the other 4 of the hair masks. I still have several items missing from my addons and my edit. I just don’t even know what’s going on with them?

Oh man seriously??

Yeah I opened by box and there was a single hair mask. I was like okay???? Where are the remaining 9 lol

They gave me a refund but I cancelled my subscription
Hopefully it improves and it’s because of Covid

I just got my box and add ons yesterday. Was billed on May 20th. I had to keep emailing them asking where my box was! They seem to be pretty behind in shipping. They need to slow down on the new sub promos.

Ah, you mean the same deal I took and paid for on May 23rd, which hasn’t arrived yet.

My sister in law bought this sometime in May and hasn’t received it. I just contacted CS for her and they said there was a mishap, her box “disappeared” from their system so they asked us to re-customize it and start all over. 🙁
So be wary of this and contact CS as you might have had the same issue.

Lol, so true. I just received mine that I paid for on May 17th. FFF needs to focus on current customers, not on new sales and new customers.

I think its bc a lot of people are cancelling their annual subscriptions and/or skipping boxes. I don’t think it is right, but it is probably why they are doing it.

Dea

Just to put it on the record, according to the tracking info, I will receive it 45 days after paying for it. Although FFF had no trouble at all delivering to me at least 20 blah-blah emails about sales, edits, and vapid community communications.
