I contacted FFF today on the status of my Members Picks Box, and was told that my customization didn’t get properly processed, so I would be getting the Winter box instead. I had reactivated my membership specifically to get some of the items from this box. Very frustrated and disappointed. FFF didn’t even contact me to let me know this happened.

Hi! I got this box and several items I received did not match your post. I didn’t get anything in category 4 or 7 and they were replaced with super cheap random items. When I contacted CS they said that items for this box were not guaranteed unless they were customized at checkout.

Well, I’m really excited about my box. I spoke with fff by chat and they were super helpful. I got to personalize 3 items and that’s pretty good for a seasonal subscription.
I left fff but came back for the backpack and other items in box!

The Botkier tote was so incredibly cheap looking and very poorly made. Like a free GWP tote you’d get when buying perfume. Actually, those totes were better than this one. SO disappointed.

Estalyn I agree, talk about overvalued. This tote is very cheaply made. I chose this because I didn’t like the cheesy logo down the straps of the backpack. I wonder now if that is higher quality.

Hello, i have a trial account but i need to cancel it before they bill the next box because i cant afford it right now. I’ve been trying to do so, but when i click on cancel subscription it takes me back to home page and the trial account is still active. Does anybody knows if theres a problem with the site or about cancelling trial accounts? Thank you

I chatted with FFF and they said it can be cancel immediately after and the only box you will pay for is the Members Picks box. You just need to contact them.

Hi everyone! The Members Picks Box is designed to introduce new members to a special curation of some of our favorite products. It has replaced what was previously known as the Editors Box, offered in-between seasons. Whether it’s the latest trends, brands you know and love, or rediscovering popular items from the past, this box can be customized for everyone, and we will be continually introducing new items to it. Existing members can purchase an extra Member Picks Box in our shop, and new members can get it when you join now at fabfitfun.com.

Please keep in mind, our usual shipping time frame still stands for these boxes. Boxes can take up to one month from sign-up to process and an additional 7-10 business days to be delivered domestically. We are still working on getting our Fall boxes shipped for our Select members and Member Picks boxes will begin shipping after our Select members.

I ordered the Editor’s box on July 2, 2020. It was called the Editor’s box and now it showing up as the Member’s picks box. I know what three items I picked, (a facebook ad I clicked on gave 3 options but I am now an annual member). One item I picked they ran out of and I was give a $10 credit, the cooler and spray are the ones I’m concerned they are going to do a bate and switch on. I will not be very unhappy if that happens. If my box ever ships will I be able to see on my account what I will be getting for this members pick box (most of those items I received when I was a previous member are being shown above)? The one item that I wanted that made me sign back up they ran out of.
For the fall box I picked 5 items and did add ons so I know that box will be late shipping. I have friends that have already received their boxes but they didn’t shop in the sale or do add ons. I do understand the slow shipping right now.

This is a massively confusing post – poorly worded and disorganized. The regular Fall box has already closed. I’m a yearly member. I already got charged for my add on item and am expecting shipment any day now.

This member’s choice box may be available as an additional box, but is it?? I just looked and nothing has changed except that add on’s have opened again.

In the future MSA, please get all your facts straight and make sure you posting is accurate.

I agree. I’m a quarterly member, and I never had the option of a Michael Kors option, any of the other options shown. Is this a different box?

Mary, this post has nothing to do with the Fall box. This post is letting people who are not already subscribed to FFF know that the Fall box is sold out, so if they subscribe they will get the box pictured above instead. Not really sure what’s so confusing about that.

Seasonal members get to pick now, so customization is only closed for annual. This is saying this specific box is available for people just signing up for FabFitFun now and not members who already have the subscription. Also, a few people have stated in the comments that this box is apparently available in fff’s shop. Hope you get it if you want it! 🙂

This box is in their online shop for all members not just new ones. And the slippers and oil are not an option. Just so you know. Annual members can customize categories 4-5 but you have to go on online and chat with customer service to do it.

I was just sent a starter box. Within minutes I got an email asking if I wanted this box. I said yep and then went into chat and they let me customize it right then. I would go into chat if you’re a member and ask for this version. Two fragrant items!! I am excited!

FabFitFun, please, please fix your website. For the last half hour, I’ve been trying to buy a $200 gift care without luck. The link takes me to my account without any section/area to purchase gift card. On top of that, besides gift card, there is no other way to gift a subscription.

I do not have a new email (not associated with account) to buy gift card.

There is not one single thing that appeals to me. A bunch of leftovers/rejects, ugh. And that coin necklace – as cheap as it looks in photos, it’s 100 times cheaper in person. My 10-year-old niece wouldn’t be caught dead wearing it. Everything is so … CHEAP. RV is beyond meaningless.

Yeah , I wish I could have skipped, I rather have gotten this box I stead of the fall box. I got the annual so I thought I was stick with it until someone told me I could have skipped, so that just makes me more upset with fff. I’ve been with them for over three years now and it’s gotten really bad over this last year… smh, what a sham

If you signed up when the fall box was available, you get to choose from the fall box items. The customization for seasonal members opens tomorrow and that will be for the fall box items. This box and these selections are only if you are subscribing as a new member today. Hope that helps! Thanks!

I’m a new seasonal member, who signed up specifically for fall to get the serum. I also like
some of the other category options. i read that the serum sold out, as did one of my other picks, when the annual subscribers made their selections. The advertising is incredibly misleading, and I canceled immediately. I’m still out $40, and will probably give everything away. I’d live to have the $40 to put towards one of Dermstore’s curated boxes.

Can you clarify if this is the box/set of choices current seasonal members will be getting?? It’s confusing because the choice window for existing seasonal members hasn’t even opened yet. It would be wrong if it sold out before it was actually available to seasonal members, right?!

Ah, this explains when I tried to sign up for the FFF Fall box last night, it told me I would be receiving the “members pick box” (which I stupidly thought meant the regular box) instead. Glad I didn’t hit the checkout button, but bummed about missing out on the canisters and basket.

I am a seasonal subscriber and found out last week that canisters are “sold out”.

Jessica, my experience with FFF is that they hold onto a certain amount of stock of choice items for seasonal subscribers. When people said the canisters were “sold out,” what they meant was that annual subscribers could not add them on as an additional item. You should still be able to choose them as a seasonal subscriber.

I’m still just so bummed they changed the cardboard boxes. To me those were an extra $10 value right there since I used them for storage. But the new ones look less sturdy and aren’t reversible so I can’t hide the ugly shipping label and inevitable scratches.

The passport holder is a really silly option right now. It’s like HELLO there’s a pandemic! No one is traveling right now!!

My Mother in law was staying with us before the pandemic and couldn’t fly home. It’s been a long 10 months. Finally flights opened from Ny to Brazil and what sold me on this box was the passport holder. I’m surprising her with her ticket home in this holder. 😄 it’s a win win.
