I finally got my Winter 2020 box on Jan 23, 2021. It shipped on Nov 10, 2020…

Same here. I checked my tracking number last night and there’s been no movement since the 4th, ever since Pitney Bowes (people who sub to Ipsy should know why that name strikes fear in me) took it off FFF’s hands. I know that FFF says that it can take 7-10 business days to be delivered, and I’m only at 7, but the fact that it’s apparently just SITTING there is frustrating. Between the box itself and add-ons I’m waiting on several Christmas presents.

Mine too.. since Nov 13- just sitting a few towns over since the 22nd. Contacted them and they blamed COVID and said give it till the end of the week.?!? If not they will resend, so then all of my Christmas presents are not going to make it on time. Being an annual member really has lost all of its perks.
And Really.. Now USPS wants you to pay extra for extended tracking.

I’m in the same boat. Mine hasn’t moved for 2 weeks and the shipping company says to contact FabFitFun, but they don’t respond. Crossing my fingers that we all get our boxes soon.

I selected the murad at 11:00 exactly. I took a screen shot. Then I added on one item and murad changed to out of stock. Then all of the last page extras were out of stock at 11:03. I guess they were only for annual subscriptions

I was on the site right at noon today,and they were already sold out of the Murad and the Caudalie….That was a little disapointing,but oh well maybe next time I will have better luck.

Me too, they were not available as choice at 12:05-12:10PM EST. But I read somewhere that sold out items tend to reappear (either somebody drops them from their cart or a magic stock materializes 😛 )
Bottom line: I suppose it’s worth checking every now and then for availability. Honestly, I think it’s a bit deceiving to promise those customizations when they are not available to begin with, I’d rather have fff to label them as “extra choice for annual subscribers”. Anyway, I’m ok with what I got, I’m just glad I didn’t sign up with the intent of getting the caudalie or murad products.

Both of those sold out towards the end of the annual’s customization time frame. The Caudalie was a throwback and in limited supply. I’m not sure if the Murad was limited or just really popular. I still have one from a prior box so the Murad may have been limited too.

They had the Murad when I signed on at 10 or 11 (I can never remember the time difference!). So that was available when they opened, but likely a limited supply.

Picked the blanket, scarf, and headband, and added on the earrings in the first category (crossing my fingers they don’t sell out). Going all in on winter accessories (the blanket is a Christmas gift for my mom).

Yes! I am having that same problem! Tried my laptop, cell phone, and two different browsers! Trying to talk to someone on chat – but I like #250 in que!

I had to wait a while with the chat box open – but, when someone joined the chat they were able to provide me with a link that allowed me to select my customization. All the choices appeared to still be available.
