I just got my box! In addition to my choice items (blanket, mirror, Laura Geller palette) I also got the MukLak grey socks which are super cozy.

I also got the cutting boards (OK with that, they actually have a cool grippy underside which seems useful,) the facial dry brush (I don’t have one, and it’s softer than expected, so I think I’ll end up liking it, and it’s a better pick for me than the scrunchies,) the cheapy looking Croc wallet with waay inflated rv (maybe regift it or put medical cards in it,) black eyeliner (meh, worst variation there, lol, I wanted the blush or nail treatment.)

Overall, a nice box especially with the discount and free cute mugs (is one of those flowers smiling with a happy face?)

I really love that I got the cozy socks, and that the mirror light is adjustable in intensity.

Wow, I’m surprised you got your box so fast. That’s awesome! Hopefully I’ll get mine quickly too. Good to know you got the mukluk socks. I want them but was worried fabfitfun wouldn’t send them to seasonal members since there’s different sizes.

Still haven’t gotten my Winter box. It was shipped on 11/13/2020. Good luck getting anything from this company.

It isn’t their fault, it’s the post office. Mountains of packages are piled up in distribution centers across the country. I am tracking 5 packages – one I mailed and 4 I’m expecting – and none of them are budging, most for weeks, one since mid-November. The postal system is hopelessly broken.

No, it’s definitely Fabfitfun’s fault. They didn’t ship a lot of boxes until late Dec. plus they chose to use a cheap shipping company Pitney Bowles, which is a horrid shipper. They held onto most packages in their warehouses and just didn’t even move them for days. I contacted FFF and was fully refunded on Christmas Eve and allowed to keep my items. They didn’t fullfill the Christmas guarantee that they continually promoted.

You did something wrong along the way. I ordered mine December 3rd and got it December 24th in Georgia.

Timing totally depends on your customization choices. Sometimes they run out of items and the box doesn’t get shipped until they get more from the manufacturer. Sometimes I’ll get my box within two weeks, sometimes it’s two months. Add-on purchases can also cause delays.

I’m glad you got your box, but I assure you I didn’t “do something wrong” as you suggested. Look at their Facebook page and read through the comments. It appears many, many people are missing their Winter boxes. Fabfitfun cheated out this year with a shipping company (Pitney Bowes) with an abysmal track record. There are a ton of unhappy customers right now.

There are loads of similar complaints on FFF’s Facebook page. I also received my box in a timely manner, but I consider myself lucky. The original poster likely did nothing wrong. I ordered my “guaranteed for Christmas” Black Friday sale items during that sale and received them today, 12/30. Sometimes you win, sometimes you wait with FFF.

is the mugs and blanket in the same category now? it seems you can only choose one or the other when you make a purchase

I chose the blanket for 1, mugs for 2 and cleanser for 3 so those are in different groups.

I’m pretty sure they were separate in mine once I customized all 3 levels after I paid. But it does look like that at first, maybe it was a hot item & just to make sure you know you’re getting at least one item you are hoping for before you buy the box? That was confusing to me too but I was able to choose both in different categories. I chose the blanket as my main item before checkout if that helps!

Does anyone know if the Robe or the Unhide throw are still available?

They were both available when I was customizing, but you can’t get the robe as an “extra” add-on for $15. I went with the blanket.

I just ordered and they were both available but you couldn’t add on the robe if you picked the blanket. I was able to add on the earrings after picking the blanket.

When I did it yesterday you could see option 1 before ordering. Live Chat with them and confirm it’s still available. They sent me screenshots of what was.

Ana, They both were available yesterday when I ordered, but neither could be added for an extra charge if the other were chosen as a main item They let you choose your first item before checking out so you will know if you have a hero item you’re happy with before signing up. If they hadn’t allowed this I wouldn’t have bought the box blindly this late, so this was a great feature!

Is the 12 oz mug big enough for every day use? I’m a tea drinker but usually start with a big cup in the morning.

I was totally on the fence until your comment. That robe was highly appealing to me until I read the reviews. Not sure what I’ll get in category 1.
In the first 2 boxes that I bought (I gave the blanket, earrings, 2 makeup mirrors and eyeshadow palettes as gifts), I received the same selections for the categories that FFF chooses:
2 Flight Mode masks
2 Dry shampoo powders
2 Croc card cases
2 Dry facial brushes
2 Liquid eye liners
*facepalm*
I really do not want any more of those products.
But I DO want those mugs. lol

The eye cream was still available when I just customized. I almost went for the eye cream since I’ve tried it before and liked it.

Same about already having two boxes and still tempted by this. The others were solely for gifts, but I really wanted those mugs for myself. I did get the $15 back on one of my boxes, but I thought I just forgot to go through the website that shall not be named before purchasing the other. The $15 should be on top of any discount the seller offers.

I signed for seasonal on another email address because I’m also an annual member. I just needed another blanket! And the mugs are kinda cute. That was one of my selections because I’m already getting 2 for using the code. Idk if I’ll keep them or gift them yet. Also, I was able to customize 3 options, not 5 but I’m ok with that since I was able to get another blanket 😁

All the choices are pretty much there except for some of the skincare and the headband. I couldn’t pass up this deal to get another set of the mugs and the marshmallow blanket. I love that blanket so much and my kids always try to steal it.

I’m pretty sure you would have to use a different email address. I would go for this, but I have no idea which items are even left. Customization choices were already extremely limited at Black Friday.

pretty much all of them are still left. All that’s missing is the lele sadoughi headband and a couple of the skincare items.
