FabFitFun Spring 2021 Box New Choice Items Available Now

I am annoyed that they added new products this late. For us Annual subscribers how chose awhile ago and since the customization was closed…adding these new items later is not fair
As I would have chosen two of those over items I chose that did not really want!

I got a second box and it was worlds better than the first one because of the additions. I got Anastasia brow gel, which I love and needed. And wander Beauty eye masks, which are not even listed here, also something I love and buy full price regularly.

So frustrated! I have been an annual subscriber uninterrupted since 2013. I made my selections day 1 and still have not received my spring box. I have sent multiple emails to customer service only to be told that it would be “shipping soon” It drives me nuts that they are still soliciting sales for this box when I am still waiting for mine to ship. They claim the add-ons were the cause of the delay, I will now no longer get my customizations choices or half my add-ons as they are no longer available. Has anyone else had this happen? I do want to note that they offered me a $10 credit to use toward future add-ons for not getting the majority of items I wanted this time. Definitely taking the Fun out of FFF!

I was able to confirm with what choices are available for new seasonal US Spring 2021 boxes. Choice 1: Duffle Bag, Brush Set, Watch, UV Sanitizer, Face Moisturizer, Lunch Box, or Umbrella. Choice 2: Curling Wand, Pink Slippers S/M or M/L, LED Planter, Watermelon Milk Makeup Duo, or Planner set. Choice 3: Eye Cream, Bucket Hat, R + Co Shampoo & Conditioner, Hair Mask, Stud Earring Set, Toning Kit, or Coasters. This was as of 10AM CST on 3/26/21.

I’ve been an annual member for 3 years. As much as I have enjoyed this subscription I will probably cancel because a lot of times I give away different things over time. The products can also wear out on me and I end up recycling them or donating them. I have too much clutter and I need to become a minimalist. I also don’t need to be tempted to buy more things through add-ons. If I want something in the future, I’ll buy that one product on Marshalls, Poshmark, Ebay, or Amazon.

The starter boxes are generally pretty great actually. I like to send them to my family & friends (especially those who are moms) as a little surprise to lift their spirits or brighten their day.
I sent myself a starter box after sending one to my friend bc hers had my HG-the LXMI Nilotica Shea butter lotion. They ended up being different but luckily the LXMI was in it. Mine also had a tarte face moisturizer, set of 3 small Pier 1 bowls, & wander beauty gold eye masks.
My friend’s was sent out abt a mo. earlier & had the Johnathan Adler candle & rose gold Swarovski bracelet from last winter’s box,& Avene thermal water spray (which she actually likes using to calm her eczema).
I just use a visa gift card in case I forget to cancel. A few ppl I know have wanted to shop the sales, so instead of buying things for them, I emailed a starter box invite before so they can sign up and shop themselves.

I always pay for sub boxes w/ a gift card or replace the card on file to one w/ a few $’s on it particularly if I buy one bc it’s on sale or I just want to get it once (Like the extra FFF seasonal box at 40% off), and that saves me a lot of headache and stress.

I also use them for FFF addon sales etc. in case I forget or change my mind the next day, bc you can edit or cancel your order w/ CS since the sale is not final until funds have been transferred. They like to hide this info but I’ve had to familiarize myself w/ the terms of use bc of all the billing/order mistakes they’ve made. Your acct just shows a past due balance. I also like that I can review the invoice before I’m charged & can check for irregularities since they don’t post your order summary until after they’ve tried to charge you for it. You simply replace the gift card that’s on file w/ the one you want to pay w/ and the order goes through.
FYI:
To see what they’re currently sending out in starter boxes, you can check YouTube and there’s usually a few ppl who received one in the past week or 2. U can generally count on receiving the same or one slightly different.They usually change the boxes up each season or so, but often there are items recycled throughout the year.
FYI:
If U can’t buy a box bc the site recognizes you’re already subbed, it’s likely bc it flags your WiFi address. Put your phone on cellular data (turn off WiFi) when opening email invite link & signing up. Using a gift card to pay helps too bc it allows you to put in any billing address, and this should get around FFF showing an error message when you try to order a duplicate seasonal or starter box etc.

I finally bit, after looking at FFF for 3 years on MSA, I signed up for my first-ever annual with a free bonus box. The Perricone and Foxybae Curling wand cover the cost of an annual, never mind seasonal subscription, and I’m a huge fan of Ilia products and can’t wait to try their mascara. Also picked up the Gaiam Kit and the Elemis Peel, and added on the Verso eye serum for $10.

They did say you can’t customize the items in the bonus box, so I’ll be curious to see what comes. They said the bonus box will ship with the Spring box. Here’s hoping no cactus cups or stupid daisy hair clips are in my future, but if they do come, I guess I can give them to my friend who has an 8 year old daughter.

Some of the new choices are interesting. They recently had the ABH clear brow gel in the shop for $7, the MK passport wallet and the R+Co set for $10 each, and the curling wand for $15 (I think all are sold out of the shop now). They must have had some serious overstock on those particular products.

All of the choices were mixed up when I signed up and items that were sold out were inexplicably back now, it was very confusing. The price was so low, I didn’t really care though

I kind of want the planter again now that people are posting pictures of their basil sprouting.
I really want the hair clips lol.

I signed up a few days ago & am kinda annoyed that the options in each category are mixed up now. I saw most of these same items as options, just not split up like this. I chose the duffel bag though probably would have gotten the tray instead from those options. I think I got the planter & the shampoo set for my other picks (planter wasn’t in the first category for me). I hope the items they choose for me aren’t awful!

super weird that the aloe infused socks and the milk products I wanted and requested didnt arrive and yet they’re available again? What the heck?!

I feel like I’d be uncomfortable sipping out of that cactus cup because….well….isn’t it obvious. 🤯🤨🤦🏻‍♀️😳

this is bs. I got a box full of CRAP. it was nothing I chose. nothing I wanted. it was thrown together so carelessly and the shipping box was damaged. they used to be packed SO nicely. one of my items was a pink cactus water bottle–what am I? 5 years old. I will never get another these boxes, not to mention they now come out with brand new stuff? That’s so unfair so we get stuck with crap and then now they come out with new stuff that is probably not gonna arrive in anybody’s box anyway but what a nightmare. This company is going down. I wish pop sugar must have a still in business

Yeah, bummer here, too. I ended up making selections for things I really didn’t have a use for and now they’ve added things I would have happily picked. Oh well, no point grousing too much when it’s a good sub overall.

I was tempted, but the only thing that I really desire here is the set of packing cubes. Enough people are selling the set on eBay, so I’ll just get it from there.

That’s so unfair after I got and chose so many items I didn’t want in my box and now there coming with new choices that I like.

Yeah I confirmed with FFF what the choices were before purchasing. He sent me screenshots of categories 1-3 and the tray was nowhere to be found. Bummer 🙁 wanted another box just for the tray and argan oil but no deal. Wonder where MSA got their info from.. :/

I just signed up and a lot of these choices were missing – including the ring, argan oil and lipsticks.

Well, I just confirmed with FFF before I ordered another box and the tray is not an option 🙁 He sent me 3 screen shots of the options for categories 1-3 and the tray was nowhere to be found. I asked if it was available in any of the other categories and he confirmed it is no longer available. Bummer. But my money is safe (for now).

I no longer subscribe (too much “stuff” in my life), but these additions make it more tempting. I originally wanted nothing in Category 3 (and 3 items in 5), but that R+Co shampoo/conditioner is my HG.

I saw that “bonus box” deal yesterday and wondered if it was a true extra box or one of the mini welcome boxes they always do. Maybe I’ll bite, I’m pretty bored these days.
