FabKids (little sister brand to Fabletics and JustFab) is a monthly clothing subscription for boys and girls that allows you to shop in two ways - you can shop the regular store, or you can sign up for their VIP membership. VIP memberships work like this:
- Take the FabKids quiz for your child (for multiple children you can add a kid) to note their size and style preferences.
- Each month, FabKids releases a new collection and they will curate looks that match your child's preferences which you can view in their personalized FabShop.
- Shop those looks at 40% off what you’d get just paying retail, or skip the month. You have to make your decision by the 5th of the month. If you do neither, the $39.95 monthly membership fee will be saved to your account as a credit, which you can put towards other outfits later.
- As you shop, you’ll also earn points that can be applied towards future purchases.

When you sign up they will ask you a few questions about your child: their name, age, clothing size, favorite weekend activity, and which outfit you prefer out of a few options. This helps to personalize your child's FabShop each month. If you have multiple kids you are shopping for, there is an option to add a kid.

Our items arrived in two separate shipments this month, most likely due to the large size of the hat and we received quite a few promotional items including some samples of RX Kids bars (they were yummy!), an advertisement for Homer kids app (we have used it for a few years now and love it!) and a coupon for Hello Fresh. This month I let my daughter choose an outfit and this one came with three pieces. We did get to choose our leggings, and while we could have chosen a pair to match our dress, she opted for some bright and sunny leggings which you can see pictured below. We saved about $14.90 by purchasing these three items as an outfit. The dress was the piece that she was most excited about and both of us love the mint color and the lace is just so pretty! It has a cute ruffle trim at the neckline, criss-cross straps at the back, and it features a nice underlay that is flowy and comfortable. This will make a cute Easter dress with a cardigan over top!

- FabKids Spring Daisy Print Legging, Size M(8) - Retail Value $16.00, VIP Cost $12.95
These leggings were the third item in our outfit, although it doesn't look like they are an option any longer for some reason. They don't match the dress at all, but the dress would probably be better suited to tights anyway, so I'm glad she was able to pick out a pair of leggings that she could wear any time! They are bright and fun with the cute daisy print! They fit her well, too.

FabKids Unicorn Splatter Print Legging, Size M(8) - Retail Value $16.00, VIP Cost $12.95
This pair of leggings I decided to add on because it actually lowered our total by $2 by allowing us to use a $10 off $50 code (which pops up on our account almost every month), so it just made sense to add them! Just like the other pair of leggings, these are a great fit. They are just loose enough that she can move around easily in them and the print is so fun! I just love all of the colors and think they are unique and beautiful for a pair of leggings! They also seem like they will be easy to pair with anything since the main color is gray and it features so many other colors as well. These were on clearance for $7.99 and it looks like they are sold out now.
The Verdict: There are so many great choices for girls through FabKids that it's easy to find good deals and cute items for my daughter. I really wish they had more of a variety for my boys though! The outfit my daughter chose this month had so many great spring details from the cute daisy print of the leggings, the gorgeous mint color of the dress, and the pastels on that sweet floppy hat. I know she will be excited to get dressed up for a special occasion! Those unicorn leggings were also a great find considering they were on sale for $7.99 and brought our total down another $2! Overall I ended up paying $52.39 with taxes and shipping.
