Summer is winding down (I can't believe it went by so fast), and this month's box is all about resetting for the next half of our year! What's a reset without hydration? This hydrating face mist & toner serves as a wonderful refresh throughout your day. The botanicals in this spray help to calm and protect your skin. I really enjoyed the floral smell and how cooling the mist was. My face appreciated the hydration and softness the product provided.

R. Drew Naturals Whispers Daily Feminine Wash, 2 fl oz – Retail Value $8.99
Very on theme with our box this month, is a rose-scented feminine wash. This was my first time trying a feminine wash and I was impressed. With ingredients like aloe vera juice, rose extract, and apple cider vinegar it left my sensitive parts feeling calm and content. My nose (and my man) loved the rose scent. It wasn't overpowering and left me feeling fresh as I ran around doing errands. I even went to the gym after using it. Still felt fresh.

Avalah Shimmer Body Oil, 1 oz – Retail Value $7.00 each
Listen, we made it through half a year y'all, and we shimmering on to the next half! This body oil will allow us to look and smell good while we handle 2021 part 2. I received the shimmer body oil in the colors Reinvigorate 24k Gold and Classic Bronze. These oils are nicely fragranced! The bronze has a vanilla & shea butter smell, while the gold is more of a citrus.

The oils gave a nice subtle glow to my skin which I appreciated. If I could change one thing, I'd like for the oil to be less greasy and more moisturizing.

Black Girl Magic Box Shades
A good pair of shades are my absolute weakness! As long as the sun is out, I don't care if it's Summer, Winter, Spring, or Fall - I'm wearing sunglasses. So glad I get to add this adorable pair of tortoise shades to my collection!

I love these! They are fashionable, will go with any lip or hair color, and are made well! They felt nice and sturdy on my face. Black Girl Magic please include more sunglasses in your boxes! 🙂

Black Girl Magic Box Summer Scents Soak
We all deserve a good soak for making it this far into 2021, and I imagine you're going to like this one! If you're no stranger to my reviews, you know that I sadly don't have a tub, so I only get to try out bath bombs, soaks, and scrubs when I'm away or visiting my mom. Although I haven't done a true bath with this item, I did try it on my hands. My hands smelled of a citrus/sage/ amber combo and were incredibly soft after. The salt is finely grounded which makes it easier to dissolve. I can't wait to do a full-body soak with this!

Harriets by Hakima Headwrap
Our last item in this month's Summer Reset box is a BEAUTIFUL headwrap. The cotton cloth is well made and cut in a shape that is easy to twist into a variety of gorgeous styles.

I will rock a headwrap in an instant! They serve as a great accessory to any outfit and particularly help on bad hair days. I styled the scarf in three different ways to show its versatility. Each style took me under 5 mins, promise.
Verdict:
When I tell you I have yet to be disappointed by the Black Girl Magic Box, I mean it! Each item in the box is so different from the others, so I'm never bored with the choices. The sunglasses and scarf have my heart this go around. Both are so stylish!
