I was allowed to choose my box today, as I’m only a seasonal member. Here are the things that sold out in the categories I can choose from (category 1-4) and some other changes.

For upcoming seasonal members, I asked FFF on their FB site if the Fenti would be available for seasonal customization and got the biggest run-around I’ve ever read…I would not expect the Fenti or Kate Spade to be available 🙁

I can’t imagine what will be left for seasonal sad it is slim pickings and they said there won’t be more inventory released. Cat 2 is a total miss for me, Kate was the only thing I’d consider and wasn’t an option. I have refreshed for two days now and it never pops up.

Me too. Ive been refreshing also for the Kate wristlet and nothing. Must have been very few available. I do not need skincare and already have the slippers so not very happy with category 2. Category 2 should be a pick to be excited about too but not so much.

Well, it looks like they are now offering a new item for category 1 -a bliss moisturizer and a sunscreen (can’t remember the brand, sorry) and category 2- a tooth whitening product. Even with these new additions, it’s still slim pickings.

I am beyond upset. I logged in yesterday before I received the email, and everything was gone. If they are allowing people to add multiples of items, they should not allow for that until after everyone has been able to choose. I’ve been with FFF since the beginning, but this is the last straw.

Most of the items that went out of stock were a one per person item.. So, It isn’t from people buying multiples.. I think they only offer that if they have an over abundance of product that everyone will be able to get.

I agree. We all pay a lot of money to be able to pick items as soon as they come out. We should not have a problem at all getting the items we want on the very first day. Very dissatisfied customer.

In category 1, all of the Fenty products, Dr. Brandt, Patrick Starr, and some sizes of robes. In category 2 the Perricone and Kate Spade wristlet. In category 6 the Hourglass blush, Coach jewelry, and Erno Laszlo bundle.

I was very disappointed with their inventory and the fact their cs reps were telling members to refresh the site because someone may take a wristlet out of their box and then I could add it. I don’t have time for that. I had just renewed my annual membership and I asked for a refund. I’m not going to pay for an annual membership if I can’t get what I want on the first day. If I want a box, I’ll just wait until they have a 40% off code. The annual boxes are more expensive, but I felt like I got better items in those. If this is the new normal I feel bad for the annual members. I’ve never saw so many items not be available on the first day. I feel like they shouldn’t have even offered that wristlet as a choice since it was gone so fast.

I agree! I’ve been an annual member for 5 years and I tried to customize 1 hour after it opened. Everything I wanted was unavailable. I understand there are shortages but c’mon! I too had renewed my membership but I cancelled it. It was something I looked forward to but I don’t think it’s worth it now.

Same my annual was just about to renew, I for the email to customize and the choices I’d made in my head were already gone. I can just get that stuff myself, for me there was nothing new/innovative that I would not have thought to try on my own there. I miss early popsugar.

I’m mad at myself for even considering renewing. I had to contact cs numerous times to get my summer box to ship because I selected that cooler. It didn’t ship out until after fall customization. It’s not fun anymore. It’s frustrating. I’m glad I’m getting a refund and don’t have to deal with them anymore. I’m probably saving myself future frustration.

Seems like you can add 3 of the same extras now. Was that the case before? Seems odd because people are probably stocking up.

Jackie, the ability to add multiples is a newer thing (I want to say w/in the past year), however it depends on the particular product. For anything that has a limited supply, FFF allows only one. For items for which they have plenty of inventory, it’s typically up to 3 total. For example, a member can only get a single KS wristlet, but last I checked, could get up to 3 spoon rests. HTH.

FYI – FFF has announced that they will be adding some additional items to customization on Saturday morning: “We’re sorry to those who may have missed out on their first choices. We will be adding 2 new options to customization tomorrow at 9AM, the spoiler post will be posted here on the Community at 7 a.m. PST!”

I customized about an hour ago and wow–there are A LOT of things out of stock, more than I’ve ever seen. I had to refresh for 2 categories. I lucked out and snagged what I wanted but I have a feeling there will be a ton of angry subscribers, and not just the seasonals this time.

So so so disappointed. I have been an annual member for several years. I went to customize my box and everything I wanted to select was unavailable. Literally everything. I ended up emptying my add on cart and swapping my box for credit.

Fabfitfun are not even trying anymore. The annual member selections were so disappointing and some were even recycled from other recent boxes. I decided to go w the “mystery box” on a couple selections just bc I was bored. If summer doesn’t improve I’ll definitely be dropping this. The curation has really declined!

Although I like their few “new” items, the throwbacks are completely out of control and make the company look “lazy” for sourcing new items. When they started the throw-back program, I wasn’t crazy about it, but there were more new items than old so it wasn’t that big of a deal… – now there are more old than new and on top of that, the inventory control is not being managed. There should be enough stock so that every person is able to pick their first choice item. I love FFF but they need to start setting “best practices” and value their older customers.

Wow – as a former long-time member I thought about maybe buying one box just to try again. If annual members can’t get their picks for customization, I can only imagine what won’t be available to the rest when it’s their turn. The Perricone moisturizer was one of the items that I really wanted. Glad I didn’t re-subscribe.

I kept refreshing Friday night to get the Kate Spade wristlet. (I was able to get it.). The Perricone was back in stock many times. And a few minutes ago (Saturday morning) the Perricone was in stock again. So you might want to check again.

I signed up for my first year of FFF last spring when they were running a deal where you get an extra box for free, so this is my 3rd box, 2 more to go and I am torn. I liked my spring and summer boxes last year, I even like some of my winter box, but I love the unhide blankets along with a few other things that it seems long time members have been offered many times and are burnt out on. This Spring box though, was a no for me in several categories. I picked 2 things I like and will actually use enthusiastically and the rest is just stuff I will use and have had from other boxes before. Now I am torn because I like the add ons and edit sales better than the actual box. Do I keep the box for access to those sales, or drop it for something else? I just don’t know and I don’t know what to replace it with.🤦🤷
