This month's bag pattern is sweet with a colorful shell pattern, but it doesn't say autumn to me; really, this would have been a great pattern for the middle of summer. So Susan sends the same style bag every month; they are a cinch to wipe clean, and it is easy to fit a day's look inside for easy-peasy, portable access.
Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics Palette Orion Gradient Blush & Highlight Palette - Retail Value $32.00

I wasn't sure what to expect before I opened this palette. The front is giving me San Junipero vibes, and I was hoping for some cool purple, peach, and pink blushes. Alas, that was not the case, but I am still drawn to this collection of glowy colors and highlights. If you're someone who concerns themselves with "too much shimmer," you might want to sit this one out. Swatches below!
So Susan Cosmetics Lip Dew in Coral Gloss - Retail Value $18.00
This tinted balm is fantastic. I think I have all of the colors in this formula, and they are all gorgeous. They smooth on like buttah' and have a fruity scent that also tastes pretty good. This coral shade is definitely the most wearable in the collection, so I am sure I will be wearing it as a daily staple this fall.
Trifle Cosmetics Cheek Parfait in Coffee Dessert - Retail Value $22.00

If you know me, you know I am obsessed with cream products. Nothing complements a dry complexion like a creamy blush; however, I noticed that the surface of this product looked a little grainy. We reached out to customer service, and they quick with their reply; a representative said that since they make this product in small batches, the waxes and oils we love so much sometimes end up like this due to varying melting points. She also immediately offered to send a replacement, which was an awesome response!
Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics Bare Necessities Highlighting Pencil - Retail Value $17.95
Color correcting is the lifeblood of my makeup routine; none of my face products could perform without a simple swipe of peach under my eyes. This simple pencil can give my tired peepers brightness they may never see again. The pencil is creamy thanks to maracuja oil, and it is also non-comedogenic so it will not clog your pores. All of the products I have like this are in pots, so it will be really nice to have a pencil option that just glides on.

Verdict
This month's So Susan Color Curate had some of my favorite products to date this month. I thoroughly enjoy using the Jelly Pong Pong palette; I love how glowy it made my cheeks, and it was fun creating a monochrome makeup look with its glowy hues. I also am such a huge fan of So Susan's Lip Dew formula. It is so comfortable on the lips and never requires any touchups. This month's bag's retail value comes to $101.95; you're getting four products for $20.95, which is a good deal. Plus, I like knowing that So Susan supports their customers and is quick to offer assistance.
