I was a multi year subscriber. First came the shipping issues. Those I could understand. Then came the decline in quality. Then they began censoring or deleting any social media question or comment that wasn’t completely 100% positive. Then they absolutely went underhanded by holding off on cutting ties with a very popular influencer (for not allowing them to edit and control her reviews) until they could charge a lot of renewals at midnight, and THEN cut ties, knowing many would cancel after they did. The company went downhill after the original group departed, in terms of product curation, social media and ethics.
