Fandom of the Month Club Reviews

I really like this box and the jewelry in it. The themes are awesome and unique for girl nerds. Harry potter, Dr. Who, Mario, and The Hunger games to name a few. So far the jewelry is cute and well made and I think a good deal for $15 a month. It ships in a small first class package and has tracking so always on time if not early.

Another adorable fan box for women, Fandom of the Month's July box was my first from them and contained Harry Potter themed items including a gorgeous Hogwarts houses bracelet, Whomping Willow adjustable ring, Hogwarts post earrings, and a fun, large changing image necklace, all in a custom designed keepsake bag. Like many other fan boxes, I think this one is geared to young women and would make a great gift for your favorite tween or teen. July's box exceeded value, shipped lightning fast, and was so much fun. Highly recommended.

Began subscribing about 3 years ago and was really happy with it. That is until this last April (2018). I got billed as usual but when the usual time for the tracking numbers to be sent out, none were. Then May was billed and the month went on and still no April tracking number or box. No May tracking number or box has come yet either. The April box only finally just shipped out in September and I have heard that many of the international people still have yet to recieve theirs. As for the May box and the special, seperate purchase Game of Thrones MegaBox, well, still waiting to see if and when they ever ship out. I may love the jewelry I got through this but I will not be resubscribing any time soon. The six month + delay and all the lies and false promises Erin Maynard has made over these last months has ensured that. I would not recomend this to anyone.

I was billed for May though I didn't receive any boxes, and then again in November even though I had canceled my account with Erin. I have reported Erin to the BBB, where she currently has an "F" rating. Extremely disappointed with Erin, I had been subscribing since 2016 and had received quality service, but it went downhill quick.

Can you give a negative stars rating? This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Bought one box, just one in May. Frankly, forgot I bought it, and then contacted them in July, they said they were delayed. I figured it was shipping out in July instead.....NOPE!!!!!! Long story short....loads of emails, loads of excuses, they finally shipped the box out in December 7 MONTHS Later! Truly the worst service out there, they suck worst than lootcrate
