How FightCamp Works
To get started, you’ll need to choose which FightCamp package is right for you. You can choose from 3 different plans: Personal, Tribe, or Connect. Once you’ve chosen the plan that’s right for your training needs, you can either pay for your equipment all upfront or choose to pay for it in monthly installments. You’ll also need to pay for your first month of membership.
After you’ve purchased your equipment and membership, you’ll need to create an account on the FightCamp app. This will allow for your trackers to be synced to your membership automatically. In your user profile, you will be able to see your total workouts, rounds, punches, and badges earned through your time with FightCamp.
Once you’ve received your equipment, you’ll need to charge your trackers and then pair them to your FightCamp app. Then, you’ll place your trackers into the FightCamp quick wraps and set up your bag. Your bag can be filled with dry sand, water, a mixture of sand and water, or a mixture of base gel and water.
As soon as your equipment is set up, you’ll be able to enjoy your first workout! You can choose from workout lengths of 4 rounds (15 min), 6 rounds (25 min), 8 rounds (30 min), or 10 rounds (40 min) and choose difficulties ranging from open to intermediate to advanced. There are also plenty of workout categories to choose from which include options like combo build-up, full-body kickboxing, and pure punching.
Your Punch Trackers will show real-time progress and stats and are compatible with any iOS and Android device. The trackers also calculate output using a proprietary algorithm to combine intensity, speed, and technique and you can see how your score stacks up against others on the Leaderboard.
