Overall this was not a bad month for the Pet Treater Cat Pack. The treats were new (both brand and specific item) and if Pet Treater is now making toys, we will start to see more custom items and fewer closeouts in this subscription, and I think that’s a great development. I’m still not super enthusiastic about the kerchiefs, and I kind of didn’t like the powdery crud that was all over the inside of my envelope but on the other hand, it’s certainly not the first time I’ve had a huge mess inside a subscription box and as long as it doesn’t happen repeatedly I won’t be too upset.
This was a fairly typical month for the Pet Treater Cat Pack. You’ll nearly always get a kerchief these days, and one type of treat, and usually two toys. I was a little disappointed that this month’s felt toys were nearly identical to last month’s (just a different shape) but the suction cup toy ended up being well-received, even if my cats didn’t play with it in the way it was designed to be used.
I was unable to calculate a total value for the January Pet Treater Cat Pack since not all of the items were available online. This was a pretty typical month for the Pet Treater Cat Pack, with one type of treat, a kerchief, and two toy items. I like that the toys were different in size and texture. Although I think they were a little old, spraying them with catnip spray and/or putting them in a baggie with fresh catnip should bring renewed interest.
