I love these. The minty flavor and pretty capsules make me want to take these every day. I'm so bad about vitamins, but I have no problem sticking to these. Ritual also gives you tips for remembering to take your vitamins, too.
I have an extremely sensitive stomach, too, but these give me no trouble.
I found after taking these consistently for 2 weeks I just felt better all around. Clearly I was deficient somewhere!
My only complaint is that they give me mildly fishy burps (maybe from the algae?). I haven't seen anyone else get them, though.

I take these first thing in the morning and have been taking them for 3+ months now. I can't say they've made me feel different, but I have a sensitive stomach and most vitamins I'm not motivated to take because of it. This make's it easy, and I guess taking some sort of healthy vitamin is better than none, seeing as my eating habits are atrocious.
