"not a good option for those outside the US :("

i am honestly so disappointed... i live outside the US and i ordered August and September boxes last year, still haven't gotten a single thing. I was pretty excited but as time passed i just lose hope. It isn't just me, I've seen other international customers complain on their instagram page as well. They never reply to my dms and i believe i sent them an email months back and never got a reply.

I just got my first slay glam box. August and I loved it. Being a single mom on a budget who loves makeup this is the box for me. It came with a beautiful palette and I was able to pick my lipstick and eyeliner colors. I box is great

I had an issue with my box, the owner resolved the issue very quickly and above expectation. I was frustrated at the moment, so I was not the nicest, but she was more than professional. She is getting better every month and I'm excited to see her grow.
