"Simply The Best! "

Gosh, I've tried all the clean beauty subscriptions and Beauty Heroes is by far the best. They are just consistently good and they focus on quality over quantity. If you want really good products - this is THE box. Plus, they have the most amazing beauty store with truly every good brand out there. Members save 15% in their store. I've had great experiences with customer service, and their website is super easy to use.This company just has it together - and they have a lot of eco initiatives - which just makes it an even better company. Overall, I think they are the best in the biz. : ) High recommend.

Beauty Heroes consistently has the best product discoveries! I look forward to my box every single month. If I could only have one subscription box, this would be it! Members also get 15% off in the Beauty Store so I re-purchase products I loved at a discount. The customer service is amazing. I've been a member for over 3 years and have reached out to them on various issues or questions multiple times and they have always gone above and beyond to resolve any problems or answer my questions. I think at times the company's newsletters/updates get a bit too "political", which can come off preachy no matter what your political opinion. However, I really do believe in the heart of this company. I think they are simply so passionate about their mission that they are just trying to share ideas and opinions, rather than "preach to" or judge.

I have been with Beauty Heroes since before they were Beauty Heroes! Through this subscription I have discovered so many “heroes” that I never would have otherwise. During covid, Jeannie and Beauty Heroes have had some amazing on-line events which are fabulous, informative and fun!
The very few times that I have had an issue, I get an immediate response Once I had a product that wasn’t quite right. I had a replacement in my mailbox within days! Another time I had a bad reaction to a product and their CS tried to help me identify the problem ingredient!

Consistently high-quality, full size products from established clean beauty brands. With a longer subscription, the value is excellent, but even on a monthly basis, you’re saving money, making these luxury brands more affordable. The rotation of product types from month to month means you’re not getting overloaded on serums or cleansers, for example. Shipping is prompt, and the one time I had to contact customer service, it went smoothly. Plus they give back and support the environment as s company as well. Highly recommended for anyone looking for full-size clean beauty products each month!

I love Beauty Heroes, I've been a member for 3+ years. I've tried just about every subscription box out there and this is the only one that seems consistent and authentically highly curated. I also love their store and members get 15% off every day plus special perks throughout the year. Also, their content is good and they give back to the environment. I think this is a really solid company and I've discovered true luxury brands through their service - and I get a ton of value as a member since I shop for all my day-to-day stuff there. High high high recommend. Fast shipping. Attentive customer care.

Buyer Beware, order at your own risk! First, let me start by saying that Beauty Heroes has great products. However, if anything goes wrong, don't expect to get any help from customer service or to even have them respond to you in a timely manner. No company should take more than 24 hours to respond to a customer.
I never received my order because of a mix-up that was out of my control. Not only did I not receive my order, it doesn't look like I'm getting a refund and no one is professional enough to either reach out to me via phone or respond to my emails and resolve this situation for me. This company could easily just refund me but the fact that they have made me do a lot of work to resolve this on my end and still won't address it on their end, tells me that are not a reputable company. There are way too many other choices to deal with a company like this.
