The contents, once they did arrive, were quite lovely. However, this involved over a dozen emails (mostly ignored) I ordered a 3 month subscription the first of November for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived mid January with some of the items broken. The contents were quite nice, plus she agreed to resend the broken items. I loved the box so much, I ordered a 3 month subscription for myself in January. Well... the broken piece was never replaced. My FIRST box arrived in July, 6 months after ordering, this is after many many emails. I was happy with the contents, all intact. Second box of that 3 month subscription for my daughter, you ask? August it arrived, again, with a broken item inside. That piece plus the first broken pieces were never replaced. My second box arrived in October, again, intact and very nice. My emails have gone unanswered , she has closed most of her online shops. Yes, there are multiple shops. My experience was horrible! This took WAY more of my time than I even care to admit. One star max
