One month you'll get a box full of hair goodies, another month-it's bath products. LOOKFANTASTIC is never ordinary, sharing fun and versatile items that I often time am being introduced to for the first time through this box. I also very much enjoy the box visuals. They are inclusive and made my women artists.

What LOOKFANTASTIC Got Right in 2021
Value
If you're going to expect one thing from LOOKFANTASTIC, it will be a great value! For having only spent $19, you are guaranteed to receive over $60 in value worth of items each month. This year, our boxes ranged in value from $64- $79. I've received other companies' boxes before that do not come through on their promise of value. I appreciate that Look Fantastic always comes through!
Variety
LOOKFANTASTIC delivered tons of variety in this year's boxes. I was always excited to receive my LF box because I truly got to be surprised by the category of items each month. From hair products to beauty, LOOKFANTASTIC delivered it all! We received a wide variety of product types in 2021. Here is a breakdown:

While the majority of our items seem to reside in skincare, the other categories aren't too far behind.
Good Gifting Opportunity
One of the things I absolutely love about the LOOKFANTASTIC box is the quality of items that makes for great gift-giving! Believe me, I treat myself, but the items come in handy when I need to throw a birthday gift together or think of something to gift my cousins for the holidays.
What I Would Like to See in 2022
Okay, I know that LOOKFANTASTIC is able to deliver such quality items for a low price because many of the items are mini versions of the said item. It bums me out though because I generally love the items sent and want more of it! My wish would be for LF to sneak a couple more full-size items into their boxes.
I'd also like to see hair items offered a little more. I've been very impressed with their hair selections so far as they seem to work on a variety of hair textures. I have tightly coiled hair, and my tresses have taken well to the hair products received so far. I would love to see more top recommendations.

One thing about me, I have about 50 million hair products in my hallway closet! I'm constantly trying to figure out what my hair likes and dislikes. I'll put this on my hair's like list. This was my first introduction to Philip Kingsley Styling products and I'm pleased. The fragrance is light and fresh. I put a coin size drop in my hand, rubbed it on my hair (particularly my edges), and my hair stayed pretty tamed throughout a very humid Pittsburgh day.

Summer is here! Who else is excited? Let this gentle facial buffer help keep your skin glowing in the golden sun! I used this pad during a shower and loved how the fiber was gentle enough to not scratch my skin, but enough texture to feel the dead skin being removed from my body. Yep, you read that right. I used this buffer on my whole body, not just my face, and will do it again 🙂

I only wear black eyeliner, so I’m always glad to add another one to my makeup collection. This AM to PM liner boast of 24-hour wear. I tried the liner on as I ran errands throughout the day and didn’t wash off until the evening before bed. The liner, while still on my waterline, had sadly also started to stain under my eye. I think I will use this as a top liner only for a cute cat eye or other design!
Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick (Rosewine), 4.2 g – Retail Value $4.97

I’ve never worn Revlon lipstick before, but after trying this, I’m inclined to buy more shades! This lipstick is a part of Revlon’s Super Lustrous brand and leaves lips feeling incredibly moisturized. This is a cream lipstick and is infused with Vitamin E and avocado oil. I wore this lippie out during the day and it lasted a good 4-5 hours with very minor midday retouching needed. Let's get into this shade! To me, it looks like a rose-tinted cinnamon. I am all about it. I love how the color is just as pigmented on my lips as on my wrist. Also, this color looks great with my complexion.

This was my first time hearing of an anti-pollution hair product. I truly love the idea of it. This is a light mist used to defend against air pollutions and other aggressors. It's especially effective for those who have hair that gets greasy or a lot of buildup. I am someone whose scalp tends to get more oily than usual in the warmer months. The cooling mist on my scalp was valued and helped to hydrate, refresh, and protect my skin.

From my February 2021 review:
Our final item in the February box are makeup removal pads. Guys, I did not believe this product info when it stated just use warm water on the pads and to remove makeup. Removing makeup for me is such a process! I use oil, then wash my face, then oils again because there is still residue. No way these pads can work with JUST water. I was so shocked that with just warm water this pad took makeup off. I dried this area off shortly after I took this pic, and no residue! I am super impressed.
Who do I recommend LOOKFANTASTIC for?
LOOKFANTASTIC is a great box for anyone who enjoys a variety of beauty items ranging from hair products to makeup, to skincare! Because this box offers a variety of subscriptions starting with just one month, there's no real risk to try!
