January's bag is back to basics! I love these bags, and this one is wild with tigers, zebras, and cheetahs - oh my! So Susan's bags fit my daily makeup products perfectly and are easy to wipe clean.
So Susan Cosmetics - LipoPout in "Flamingos"- Retail Value $18.95
This lipstick is buttery, and I totally love the bright pop of pale coral pink. It is a fun look, especially for these drab winter days, and it instantly takes me back to the 90's. Sigh. I don't know if this is the best shade for me, but it looks very cute on my daughter.
Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics - Original Sheen in "Last Friyay" - Retail Value $35.00
I opened this palette and felt a little bored by the color selections. I just wasn't vibing with the dramatic colors, and I wasn't sure where the bright blue and champagne shades fit in, but once I swatched these babies, I couldn't put it down. The dark shades have a shimmer that lightens them up, creating dimension like all of JPP's other delicious shadows. Swatches below!
Trifle Cosmetics - Berry Gel - Retail Value $7.50
I think sheer berry gloss could go with any makeup look, whether you're doing a five-minute makeup to run out the door or a full-on glam look. It can warm up your face and give your lips some life, plus, berry is the most universal shade out there, in my opinion. You can use this alone for a little flush on the lips and lots of shine, or pair it with any lip color and it will absolutely pop.
Jelly Pong Pong Cosmetics - Diamond Twinkle - Angled Contour Brush - Retail Value $34.00
I have a brush problem, I really do, but let's talk about how satisfying it is to dip a new brush into product and try it out for the first time. It is even better when it is a fun, metallic, rainbow brush that actually performs. This is great to sweep on blush, bronzer, or finishing powder; it is lovely.

Verdict
January's So Susan Color Curate was a really fun curation. I was surprised by how much I enjoy the Jelly Pong Pong palette, since I didn't immediately connect with the color scheme. Predictably, I am also smitten with the Berry Gel and who doesn't love a clean, new brush? January's bag's retail value comes to $107.45; you're getting four products and a bag for $20.95, a great deal.
