I have been subscribing to this box for the last three. I loved the last one as it was all haircare products. I returned the box before that one because it didn't have things in it that were for me. I'm 47 and couldn't use some of the items. My first box was good with only a thing or two that I wouldn't have chosen.

I was charged on 11/19 and it still hasn't arrived, and no one is responding at customer service :( Was a tracking email sent out? If so, I cannot find it in the depths of my inbox, and I cannot find it on my account in their website. Sigh.
